沥青稳定碎石动态模量研究

【摘要】 路面结构实际上受到来自车辆、气候、人文等因素的不断变化的作用。它的实际工作状态无论是力学模型、材料的性质都与现行的静态力学体系有着较大的差距。从国际上路面结构设计的发展来看,路面结构的设计从静态方法到动态方法的转变是路面设计理论发展的必然趋势,路面材料用动态模量代替静态模量是其中的基础,也是第一步。我国在这方面的研究比较落后,因此研究沥青混合料在动态荷载作用下的性质和变化规律,确定其试验方法并测定其模量值是十分必要的和有意义的。沥青稳定碎石基层是在上世纪五十年代开始发展起来的,美国从六十年代开始研究沥青稳定碎石,七十年代后新建道路中沥青稳定碎石基层的沥青路面结构形式成为沥青路面的主要结构形式。在国内,高速公路绝大部分采用半刚性基层沥青路面,沥青稳定碎石基层除京津唐高速公路和少数试验段外,工程经验较少。但由于越来越显著不可避免的半刚性基层缺陷,越来越多的研究开始致力于寻求新的路面结构形式,沥青稳定碎石基层逐渐得到研究人员和技术人员的重视。本文在调查、了解国内外许多沥青混合料动态模量试验研究的前提下,针对沥青稳定碎石这一在国内具有广泛应用前景的沥青混合料进行了抗压强度、静态模量、动态模量的研究,初步探讨了我国沥青稳定碎石的动态模量实验方法,并对各影响因素(应力水平、加载频率、温度等)进行了系统的分析研究,最后根据分析成果提出了沥青稳定碎石动态模量与静态模量之间的关系、沥青稳定碎石动态模量的回归公式以及沥青稳定碎石的动态模量的代表值和范围,再根据时温等效原理确定了沥青稳定碎石在代表温度下的动态模量主曲线和时温转化因子。

【Abstract】 Pavement structure actually is acted from the vehicle, climate, and cultural factors in the evolving role,the actual working condition, whether mechanical model and the nature of the material have a considerable gap with the existing static mechanical system. On the road from the international design development, pavement design is an inevitable trend from static to dynamic changes in the way road design theory.It is the foundation that pavement materials dynamic modulus replace static modulus, and that is the first step. So that are very necessary and meaningful that we study the nature of asphalt mixture under dynamic loads and changes law of it,that determine its test methods and test their model value.Asphalt Treated Base has been developed from 1950s.American studied ATB from 1960s. Asphalt pavement structure on asphalt treat base has been the main pavement structure in USA from 1970s.But in our country , Asphalt Pavement Structure on Semi-rigid Base was the main pavement structure,ATB has been only used in jing-jin-tang high way and few experiment sections.More and more proplem has been found in semi-rigid base,people want to look for a new pavment structure.In this situation,ATB has been attentioned.Based on the survey to find out many domestic and foreign asphalt mixture dynamic modulus test,in this paper ,we study compressive strength、stadic moduls、dynamic modulus of asphalt treated base mixtures with wide applicating foreground in our country. a set of suits the dynamic modulus of experimental methods are put forward, and the feasibility of the law, influencing factors (stress level, loading frequency, temperature, etc.) are analyzed and studied of the system. At last,according to analyzing the results, we put forward the relationship of asphalt mixture of dynamic modulus between asphalt mixture of static modulus of the regression formula and various asphalt mixture for dynamic modulus of value. At last ,we detemined the maste r curve of dynamic modulus and time-temperature conversion factor in the representative temperature based on the time-tempe rapture equivalence principle.
