【摘要】 在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中,我们提出和谐人概念,其根本出发点在于要解决中国社会转型时期出现的人的发展的矛盾与冲突,推进人的和谐发展。和谐人概念的提出,不是无根无据的。马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说是和谐人构建的理论基础。和谐人与社会主义和谐社会是内在统一的。因此,研究和谐人,首先需要研究和谐思想与社会主义和谐社会。和谐思想在人类思想史上源远流长,中国传统文化和古希腊文化中都包含了丰富的和谐思想,到今天,又有了长足的发展。和谐的现代内涵是指在由人参与的事物中无势均力敌的对抗性矛盾的良好对立统一状态,是事物稳定性和协调性的状态表征,是人的主观能动性正确作用的结果。和谐的本质关系是对立统一,是对立统一规律的矛盾同一性的一种特殊表现形式。我们所要建设的社会主义和谐社会,应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。促进和谐人的实现,是和谐社会的应有之义和根本目标。和谐人与和谐社会互相依赖、互相促进,互为前提和基础。和谐人是指作为个体的人,有健全的人格、健康的情感,有正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,能恰当地处理个人与他人、个人与自然、个人与社会的关系,真正融入自然、融入社会、融入集体的人。和谐人的主要内容包括四个方面:(1)个体自我和谐;(2)人与人的和谐;(3)人与自然的和谐;(4)人与社会的和谐。和谐人的特点是整体性、协调性、阶段性和差异性的统一。正如社会主义和谐社会不能止于笔端,和谐人研究的落脚点也在于如何实现。和谐人的实现是一个复杂的社会系统工程,需要个体、家庭、学校、企业、政府、社区、社会等各方面的力量共同努力。物质文明、精神文明、政治文明和生态文明是和谐人实现的社会条件,教育塑造在和谐人的实现中起着重要的作用,而个人的内在修养才是和谐人实现的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, we put forward the concept of harmonious person, and the fundamental starting point is to solve the contradictions and conflicts in China’s social transition period, and promote the harmonious development of person. The concept of harmonious person, is not without the foundation. The Marxism comprehensive developed theory is the theoretical basis of harmonious person.Harmonious person and a harmonious socialist society is an inherent unity. Therefore, the study of harmonious person, first of all, need to study the thinking of harmony and the socialist harmonious society. Harmonious thinking in a long history of human thought, the Chinese traditional culture and Western culture in ancient Greece contain a wealth of harmonious ideas, and today, there has been a significant development. Harmony in the modern connotation is that by the participants in the things without equal antagonistic contradictions with a good state of the unity of opposites, things stability and coordination of the state characterized the initiative is the result of the role correctly. Essence relationship of harmony is the unity of opposite contradictions and the special form of expression of the orderliness. We think that a socialist harmonious society should be a society with democratic rule of law, equity, justice, sincerity, amity, vitality, stability and order, harmony between man and nature. To promote realization of harmonious person is the proper justice and the fundamental goal of the harmonious society. And the harmonious person and the harmonious society depend on, promote each other, the prerequisite and basis for each other.Harmonious person is defined as individuals who have a sound character, emotional health, a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, can be a proper handling of personal and others, individuals and nature, the relationship between the individual and society, the real integration of the natural their integration into the community, into the collective people. Harmonious person’s main content includes four aspects: (1) individual self-harmony ;(2) interpersonal harmony ;(3) harmony between man and nature; (4) and the social harmony. The characteristics of harmonious person is the unification of integrity, coordination, phased nature and differences. As socialist harmonious society can not stop at theory, harmonious person on how to achieve the end result also lies. The realization of harmonious person is a complex social system project, which calls for individuals, families, schools, businesses, government, community, society, and other aspects of the work force. Material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and the ecological civilization is the social conditions of the realization of harmonious person, education shaping in the realization of a harmonious plays an important role, and the inherent personal accomplishment is the key to achieving harmonious person.更多还原
