宋孝宗朝“淳熙臧否”研究

【摘要】 南宋前期监司臧否郡守这一制度,历三朝近四十年,在宋代地方官考核制度中也独树一帜,但宋代士大夫对此却记载颇少,且多模糊疏漏之处,当今学界对此也少有关注,本文便从史料梳理、制度阐释以及文本分析等角度试图解决这一问题。文章主体共三部分,第一章从北宋以来的地方官考课情况入手,分析臧否制度的来龙去脉,对“臧否”实行的过程进行详尽的梳理。第二章主要从“臧否”涉及的背景制度进行分析,主要是解决“臧否”在实际执行中会遇到哪些困难,通过对中央与地方关系、监司与州县关系等考察来充实臧否执行在文献中缺失的环节。第三章从观念史的角度入手,分析为何“臧否”会少有历史记载留下,除蔡戡外,当时士大夫官员为何不将“臧否”的奏状列入自己文集之中等诸多问题,这涉及到孝宗朝士大夫对淳熙臧否的印象,以及后世士大夫对孝宗形象的追忆等给淳熙臧否记载造成的影响。更多还原
