基于人工神经网络的综合传动装置故障诊断研究

【摘要】 综合传动装置作为坦克装甲车辆传动系统的主要部件,其性能直接影响车辆的总体性能。由于综合传动装置工况复杂,易发生故障,因此对综合传动装置的故障诊断就显得尤为重要。本文对传动系统故障诊断技术和人工神经网络的应用进行了较全面深入的分析,在此基础上提出了论文的研究内容。研究了综合传动装置齿轮传动系统的故障机理和故障信号特征,分析比较了信号处理中常用的时域、频域处理方法,确定了本文所采用的数据处理方法。分析并确定了综合传动装置故障信号的敏感参数,以某综合传动装置为试验对象,进行了典型轴承支承处的箱体表面振动加速度信号的台架测试,并对试验数据进行了深入的处理和分析;建立了基于BP神经网络的故障诊断模型,分析并确定了模型中的各项参数。以visual C++ 6.0为平台,开发了基于BP神经网络的综合传动装置故障诊断系统,通过实测振动信号和仿真故障信号对系统所用方法进行了验证,结果表明利用振动信号时频域分析方法,通过神经网络对综合传动装置故障诊断效果良好,具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Worked as the main components of the transmission system, integrated transmission’s performance affects the whole capability of the vehicle. Because of the complicated work environment, integrated transmission always goes wrong. For this reason, it is very important to make diagnosis to integrated transmission.This paper is mainly researched into the fault diagnosis and artificial neural network, on base of it, this dissertation discussed the mechanism and the character of integrated transmission system, introduced the time domain and frequency domain analysis of signal applied to the fault diagnosis.This dissertation discussed the choice criterion of the signal parameter, made experimentation with real situation, got the vibration acceleration signal and went deep into analysis. This dissertation built the model of the BP neural network and confirmed the parameters of the network.On the base of VC 6.0, the dissertation developed a diagnose system of the integrated transmission. The validity of the analysis method proposed in this thesis was proved through collected signal and simulated signal. The result indicates the efficacy of diagnosis and the fine future.
