基于DSP的交流电机变频调速系统研究

【摘要】 从全球电气传动应用技术发展趋势来看,随着电力电子技术的不断发展,电气传动控制在现代化建设中起着越来越重要的作用。为了满足高性能、环保、节能的要求,自20世纪70至80年代以来,通过对交流调速控制技术的不断深入研究与完善,作为牵引电气传动的矿用架线式电机交流拖动领域,异步电机的交流调速控制系统以其特有的优点正逐步取代传统的直流调速系统,特别是空间矢量变频调速控制技术更是具有不可比拟的使用价值。本文介绍了交流调速系统的发展概况、使用领域,以及交流调速系统的国内外研究现状,针对我国能源消耗大的现实,在传统直流电机调速系统中大力推广、应用空间矢量变频控制技术已成为电动机调速的最新潮流,也具有极其重要的现实意义。文中主要阐述了交流电机的调速方法、推导出交流电机的等效模型,阐述了矢量控制的基本思路,对基于高速数字信号处理器(DSP)的交流电动机SVPWM空间矢量变频调速控制系统进行研究,完成了交流电机矢量控制系统的硬件结构、控制算法。文中为了体现该系统的实用性,设计出了基于TMS320LF2407的DSP最小控制系统。在DSP的软件编程上,采用汇编语言和结构化的C语言对有关控制策略进行实现,使得控制程序具有结构化和条理化,控制思路清晰。并对该矢量控制的交流变频调速系统进行了仿真和实验。从仿真和试验的波形可以看出,该系统可以实现较大范围内的平滑调速,有很强的控制精度和良好的动态性能,实验结果验证了系统设计的有效性,可行性,为新的实验设备的进一步开发和利用奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 From the tendency of the electric transmission all over the world, and with the continuous development of the electrical and electronical technology, electric drives act as extremely prominent function in modernization. In order to meet the requirements of high performance, environmental protection and energy conservation, AC variable frequency speeds regulating system makes the important role in the electric drives. Since the 1970s to 1980s, by deep study and consummation on AC speeds regulating technology, the AC variable frequency speeds regulating system with the special advange is replacing the conventional direct current speeds regulating system gradually, and the SVPWM technology has inestimable value in thus system.This paper introduced the general situation of AC variable frequency speeds regulating system, the domain which used, and the study situation. Aim at the reality of much energy consumed og our country, it is the tidal current for extending SVPWM technology in typical AC speeds regulating system.The paper primarily expatiated that the methods of AC speeds regulating, deduced the equivalent model, and showed the idea of vector control. Then study on the AC motors SVPWM variable frequency speeds regulating system based on DSP, and design the hardware, arithmetic methods of this system.In order to incarnate the practicability of this system, this paper showed the minimum system based on DSP, and realized the control strategies of variable frequency speed regulating using assembly and C language.This paper showed the experiment results and wave-line simulation. According to the test, the variable frequency speed regulating system not only can regulate speed smoothly in large range, but also have good dynamic performance. The test results confirmed that the design of variable frequency speed regulating system is effectual and feasible,and it is based for more exploiture and using of new experimental installation.
