铝合金高硬度阳极氧化膜的制备与研究

【摘要】 本文通过对高硅铸铝合金(ZL108)的硬质阳极氧化膜制备过程进行讨论,着重对氧化后的膜层性能进行分析,目的在于找出影响铝硅合金阳极氧化膜硬度的影响因素,以希望获得高硬度的阳极氧化膜,进一步拓展铝硅合金的应用范围。文章首先介绍了铝阳极氧化膜的形成机理,然后介绍了硬质阳极氧化技术,概括了硬质膜的特点、应该范围、以及硬质膜的生长条件,对硬质膜与普通阳极氧化膜进行比较,并对几种常见的硬质阳极氧化工艺进行介绍。着重针对铝硅合金的硬质阳极氧化提出了本课题的选题背景及研究内容和目的。然后叙述了本课题所采用的ZL108铝合金实验材料和实验设备,介绍了本课题所选取的实验方法及实验路线。着重讨论了槽液成分、电压波形、电流密度、槽液温度、氧化时间、及冷却条件等氧化工艺参数对ZL108合金硬质阳极氧化膜层性能的影响,尤其是在膜的硬度与厚度方面。最后课题得到结论:氧化过程中,采用梯形脉冲所得氧化膜的厚度及硬度均比矩形脉冲的大;同时槽液温度及冷却方式对氧化膜的硬度影响较大,采用较低的槽液温度和适当的冷却方式可获得致密性好、硬度高的氧化膜;在氧化过程中,氧化时间并不是越长越好,延长氧化时间,只会使氧化膜膜层变得疏松而粗糙,硬度降低;低温电解液和高的氧化电流密度下可以生成致密而硬度很高的氧化膜。

【Abstract】 The research of this topic is that aluminum alloy ZL108 are proceeded anodize oxidation treatment in acid solution. The aims are to know some major effect factors of ZL108 anodize oxidation treatment in acid solution, and to make sure microscopic structures of ZL108 high hardness anodize oxidation film for developing high rate and highly active anodize oxidation technology.This subject introduces formation mechanics of AL anodize oxidation film, and technology of hard anodic oxidation. Contain characteristic of hard film, field of application, and growth condition of hard film. In this topic we also compare hard film with common anodize oxidation film, and introduce some common crafts of hard anodic oxidation. The focal points of introduction are growth course of aluminum alloys anodize oxidation films and major effect factors. Last we extraction source of this topic, research contents and destination goal of this research.Then, the characters of experimental material ZL108 and experimental installations are discussed in this topic. Major instructions in this topic are methods and routes of this experiments we select. We discuss major factors of influencing membranous layer growth .They contain components of tank liquor temperature of tank liquor electric current density of oxidization、electric pressure of oxidization、time of oxidization and so on. We analysis anodize oxidation film’s microstructure of aluminum alloy ZL108 from this experiment. Then we get corresponding relation between microstructure of anodize oxidation film and effect factors of oxidation, and discuss mechanics of film forming of aluminum alloy ZL108 under different technological parameters.Source pulse and current waveform have influence on thickness and hardness of oxidation film. In trapezoidal pulse of current waveform, hard oxidation film was superiority. The thickness of oxidation film by adopting trapezoidal pulse is thicker than by adopting square. The forming film speed by adopting trapezoidal pulse is quicker than by adopting square. But adopting rising edge and trailing edge of slow trapezoidal pulse, thickness of oxidation film becomes thinner and forming film speed becomes slower. Oxide time is not more long more good, the extension oxidize time would only make oxide film loose .Adopting the temperature of lower slot liquid can acquire the fine and compact film. Low temperature electrolyte with high oxidize the electric current density bottom can be bom high hardness oxide film.
