光质对草莓光合特性及果实品质的影响

【摘要】 本研究以‘丰香’草莓为试材,通过光环境调控技术,探讨了不同光质对‘丰香’草莓光合特性和果实品质的研究,主要结果:1光质影响草莓叶片净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率的变化,不同光质下草莓叶片光合速率高低依次为黄膜>红膜>中性膜≥蓝膜>绿膜,蒸腾速率和气孔导度的变化依次为红膜>蓝膜>中性膜>黄膜>绿膜。2相同光强条件下,不同光质影响草莓叶片荧光参数的变化。不同光质下草莓叶片的Fm/Fo,Fv/Fm的大小依次为红膜>白膜>黄膜>绿膜>蓝膜,与不同光质处理的红光/蓝光值(红膜>白膜>黄膜>绿膜>蓝膜)成正相关。3不同光膜处理显著影响草莓果实糖、可溶性固形物、抗坏血酸和可滴定酸含量,蓝膜处理最高,绿膜处理最低。草莓果实中抗坏血酸含量高低与不同膜透射的紫外光和蓝紫光成分比例一致,与红光/蓝光比值相反。4光质影响植物的氮代谢过程,调节高等植物的氨基酸和蛋白质代谢。草莓果实中氨基酸和蛋白质含量随着果实成熟逐渐降低。紫红期时,蓝膜处理草莓果实的氨基酸含量高,黄膜最低;蓝膜处理草莓果实蛋白质含量最高,红膜最低。5不同光质影响草莓果实花青苷、酚类物质及类黄酮物质的合成和代谢。在不同光质条件下,草莓果实花青苷含量从大到小依次为:黄膜>绿膜>中性膜>蓝膜>红膜;而酚类物质的含量变化则是蓝膜>绿膜>黄膜>中性膜>红膜;类黄酮物质含量与酚类物质含量变化趋势一致。

【Abstract】 Under different light conditions,the effect of different light qualities on the photosynthetic characters and qualities of strawberry were studied.The main results were as following:1 The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellularCO2 concentration and transpiration rate also were strongly affected by light quality.The photosynthetic rate Pn of strawberry leaves under green film was significantly lower than that of all other film treatmen.Pn value was highest,then was yellow light,The lowed content in the fruits under different film was correlated with the lower light under different film.The intercellular CO2 concentration and determined under different light films in the order:red film>yellow film and neutral film>green film>blue film.2 Studies on the photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry leaves under identical light intensity(55~57%natural light)and different light quality showed:maximal photochemical efficiency of(Fv/Fm)and Fm/Fo were correlated with red/blue ratios positively.The order:red film>neutral film>yellow film>green blue>blue film.3 The influence of different light quality on plant growth and fruiting of ’Toyonoka’ strawberry were studied.The soluble solids(SSC),titratable acids,SSC and TA,sugar and organic acid acid compounds was influenced by light quality.Ascorbic acid (AsA)content in the fruits under different films was correlated with Red/Blue ratio negativcly.TheSSA,AsA and sugar content werethe greatest under blue film,but all of which were the lowest under green film.4 Light quality could influence the nitrogen metabolism of plant,and adjust the free amino acids and protein metabolism,the content of protein was high under blue light treatment.Blue light could significantly increase the the contents of protein and free amino acids of the strawberry fuites,and the contents of protein and free amino acids were decreased of developing fuits.5 Light quality could influence the anthocyanin,phenolic-compounds and flavonoids content determined under different light films in the order:yellow film>green film and white film>blue film>red film;phenolic content:blue film>green film>yellow film>white film>red film,which were correlated with red/far-red(R/FR)ratios negatively.The flavonoid content changed resembled to those of phenolic-compounds.
