基于虚拟仪器的旋转机械振动分析与测试系统的研究

【摘要】 本文在学习研究旋转机械振动分析理论与常用的测试方法基础上,设计开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的旋转机械振动分析与测试系统。该系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,具有信号发生、数据采集、时域分析、频域分析、转子动平衡和故障诊断等功能。采用USB2015数据采集卡与笔记本电脑配合,大大地方便了现场数据采集和测试。和传统仪器相比,具有界面友好、操作简单和性能好等优点。本课题在故障诊断研究的过程中,提出了基于线性分类器的滚动轴承故障识别方法,经过实验分析,证明该方法是有效的。

【Abstract】 In this paper, with the study of rotating machinery vibration analysis and measurement method, a kind of rotating machinery vibration analysis and measurement system is designed, which is based on virtual instrument technology. The system is designed on LabVIEW workbench and has a lot of functions, such as signal generation, data acquisition, time domain analysis, frequency analysis, rigid rotor balance, fault diagnose and so on. It is convenient to measure and analysis in work site with the usb_daq equipment and notebook. Compared with the traditional instrument, it has a lot of advantages, such as friendly interface, easy operation and high-powered and it has high apply value in rotating machinery test and measurement. In the research of FD(fault diagnose), I have put forward a method based on linear-categorizes theory and proved this method is correct by lab test.
