电—袋除尘器运行仿真的研究

【摘要】 本论文以300MW机组的电-袋除尘系统为研究对象,通过对系统机理的研究,建立了包括电除尘器运行工况参数模型、电除尘器本体结构参数模型、电除尘器运行性能参数模型、袋式除尘器中运行工况参数模型、袋式除尘器本体结构参数、袋式除尘器运行性能参数模型、电-袋除尘器总除尘效率等一系列相应的仿真数学模型。并设计开发了电-袋除尘器运行仿真软件,所开发的仿真软件生成可执行文件,能够脱离开发环境在系统下独立运行,既可用于教学培训,也可用于科学研究。
【Abstract】 The paper takes the electrostatic- bag hose precipitator system of 300 MW generating-set boiler as research object. Through researching mechanism of the system, a series of corresponding mathematic simulation models were established, including flue-gas parameter model, the electrostatic precipitator main body design parameter model, electrostatic precipitator performance characteristic parameter model, the bag hose precipitator main body design parameter model, the bag hose precipitator performance characteristic parameter model, the total dust removal efficiency model of the electrostatic- bag hose precipitator, and so on .Simulation software was designed and empoldered for running and simulation of the electrostatic- bag hose precipitator system. The software that was empoldered may be made into executable files and can run independently under the Windows system out of the development environment. It can be used for teaching and studying.
