【摘要】 随着我国信息化浪潮的迅猛发展,越来越多的中小型企业意识到信息技术对企业发展的战略意义,特别是对企业管理变革的重要意义。企业资源计划(ERP)作为一种先进的管理理念,能够帮助成长中的中小型企业规范业务流程、填补管理漏洞,实现中小型企业跨越式发展。因此,集成了成熟信息技术和先进管理理念的ERP项目实施对中小型企业的发展具有战略意义。本课题是针对ERP项目在中小型企业的适应性研究,根据适应性管理理论,研究中小型企业在实施ERP项目过程中所遇到的各种项目需求变化问题。本文从适应性管理理论和ERP两个方面对国内外研究现状进行了深入的分析,在此基础之上,对适应性管理的特征、适应性数据操作组件、适应性ERP项目的核心功能、流程和特征等方面进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The informationization of our country is developing so quickly that more and more medium and small enterprises realize the strategic importance of the information technology– the importance for their development, especially for the transformation of enterprise management. As a kind of advanced management idea, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) can help medium and small enterprises that are on their way of growing to standardize their business process, fill up the leaks of their management and realize the great developments of them. Thus, the implementation of ERP, which has integrated the mature information technology and advanced management ideas, is of strategic importance to the medium and small enterprises.This subject is in accordance with the flexible research in the enterprise of ERP’s item, and according to the flexible management theory, the various item requirements that the enterprise in runs into puts into effect in the ERP system course in research change the question. This text, article, etc. is managed two aspects theory and ERPs and is studied the present situation and has carried on the analysis gone deep into to the home and abroad from flexible, and above this foundation, research has been in progress by characteristic and flexible data manipulation package to the flexible management and aspects such as nucleus function and characteristic etc of flexible ERP’s item.更多还原
