寒冷地区建筑能耗分析与预测

【摘要】 本文以寒冷地区某普通住宅建筑为研究对象,分别采用静态手工算法和软件动态模拟算法对住宅建筑进行了能耗分析,比较得出两种算法各自的优缺点。采用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-h分别模拟分析了不同外墙、外窗和屋顶构造、南、北向窗墙比以及通风换气次数等因素对建筑能耗的影响,运用正交试验法选取影响建筑能耗的主要组合因素,模拟计算了16组不同组合因素的建筑能耗指标,建立了建筑能耗指标与各主要因素之间的回归方程。该方程可用于预测同类型建筑的能耗指标,为建筑的节能设计和改造提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 The dissertation takes an ordinary residential building in cold area as the research object, carries on energy consumption analysis to the residential building by static manual algorithm and software dynamic simulation algorithm respectively, compares and obtains each good and bad points of the two algorithms. Then uses building energy consumption simulation software DeST-h to simulate and analyze the different influence factors of the building energy consumption, the influence factors includes different outer wall, outer window and roof structure, south window-wall ratio, north window-wall ratio as well as air exchange frequency. On the simulation and analysis foundation,the dissertation uses the orthogonal testing method to select the primary factor combinations which influence the building energy consumption, simulates 16 group of different factor combinations’building energy consumption indexes, and regresses linear equation between the building energy consumption indexes with each primary factors, this equation is available in forecasting the same type buildings’energy consumption index, and providing guidance for the building energy conservation design and transformation.
