论教学经验

【摘要】 经验作为一个人认识世界和改造世界的基本方式,对人的观念和行为产生着重要的影响。教学经验是一个历久弥新的主题,在教育改革深入发展的今天尤其具有特殊的意义。教学经验既关乎教学实践者的教学观念和教学行为,关乎教学的质量和效果,关乎教学理论的形成和发展,同时更关乎教师和教学研究者自身的成长与成熟。在当代条件下,教学经验问题已成为教学理论和教师教育理论日益重视的话题。随着信息社会的发展,教学理论出现了“实践乏力”现象。教学理论研究范式开始由“文本式”研究转向“田野式”研究,人们也开始越来越关注教学理论研究中的主体经验因素。在实践中,科学主义思维方式对教学经验研究造成了主体性元素的流失,迫切需要关于教学经验的理论的指导。本研究将在有关哲学、心理学和教育学基础上对教学经验进行初步探讨,并在理清相关概念的基础上提出教学经验的概念界定,同时对教学经验研究进行概略式扫描,对教学经验进行系统和机制分析。论文内容包括六个部分:第一章,引论。包括问题的提出,研究目的、内容和意义、研究综述,研究思路和方法。第二章,论述本研究的理论基础。哲学、心理学和教育学相关理论能够为教学经验问题的研究提供理论支撑。第三章,教学经验的相关概念界定。其中包括经历、体验与经验,实践与理论,教学经验与教学知识,教学实践与教学理论等概念的界定。第四章,教学经验研究的历史扫描。对古代、近代和现代的教学经验研究进行概略式扫描和分析。第五章,教学经验的系统分析。本章将对教学经验进行系统分析,其中包括对教学经验的类型、结构、功能、特征和影响因素进行分析。第六章,教学经验的机制分析。其机制主要包括教学经验的生成机制、教学经验的运行机制、教学经验的演化机制和教学经验的传播机制。

【Abstract】 As a basic approach of human being to understand and transform the world, experience has a significant impact on human values and behaviours. As a newer topic with time flowing, teaching experience has a special meaning in the in-depth development of the education reform. Teaching experience is not only related to the idea and practice of teaching, the quality and effectiveness of teaching, the formation and development of teaching theories, but also the growth and maturity of teachers and teaching researchers themselves. In contemporary terms, teaching experience problem has become an increasing valuable topic with the attention of teaching theory and theory of teacher education.With the development of information society, the "practice weakness" phenomenon of teaching theory occurs. The paradigm of teaching theories starts from "text" to "field", and people are increasingly concerned about the experience factors of human in teaching theoretical studies. In practice, the science doctrine mode of thinking brings loss of corpus elements of teaching experience research, and the research is being on the urgent need for theoretical guidance. In this study , this research will carry on a preliminary study on the relevant philosophy, psychology and pedagogy foundation, clear the related concepts out and define the concepts of teaching experience, carry on an outline scanning of teaching experience research in the meantime, and carry on the analysis of the system and mechanism of teaching experience.The thesis contents includes six parts:Chapter 1, introduction. It includes the proposed, the purpose, content and significance of study, research ideas and methods.Chapter 2, discussion on the theoretical basis of this study. Philosophy, psychology and education related to the theoretical problem of teaching experience provide theoretical support.Chapter 3, the definition of relevant concepts of teaching experience. It includes the concepts definition of experience, practice and theory, teaching experience and teaching knowledge, teaching practice and teaching theory.Chapter 4,the scanning of the history of teaching experience research. It includes the scanning and analysis of ancient, latter day and modern teaching experience research.Chapter 5, the analysis of the system of teaching experience. It includes the analysis of the type, structure , function,characteristics, and influencing factors of teaching experience.Chapter 6, the analysis of the mechanism of teaching experience. It includes the information mechanism of teaching experience, the operating mechanism of teaching experience, the evolving mechanism of teaching experience and the spreading mechanism of teaching experience.
