柔性拉索索力测试研究

【摘要】 柔性拉索经常以斜拉索或吊杆的形式出现在斜拉桥、系杆拱桥中。拉索受力的大小、变化和分布是评估桥梁受力状态的重要依据,因此拉索的索力测试十分重要。目前国内工程实践中用于索力测试的方法存在诸多的问题,在准确性方面存有疑议,所以有必要对索力测试方法进行进一步的研究。本文从工程实践出发,就索力测试的这一问题做了较为深入的分析,研究成果主要包含以下几个方面的内容。1.通过分析拉索索力测试方法的研究现状,介绍了目前索力测试方法中存在的问题。2对工程中索力测试使用最为广泛的振动频率法,分别研究了影响其测试精度的诸如刚度、垂度、边界条件、温度等各个因素的影响程度。通过有限元分析并结合工程实例得到:短索的实际抗弯刚度取值接近于索内钢丝抗弯刚度的简单之和而远小于索内钢丝做整体抗弯截面计算的抗弯刚度。3定义拉索刚度参数ξ,推导了ξ值落在不同区间时考虑垂度影响的索力的实用计算公式。并引入压杆屈曲函数构造两固端刚性拉索(短索)的二阶振型函数,由RITZ法原理推导出刚性索的索力实用计算公式。并界定了这些实用公式的适用范围。4.根据以上研究成果,在系杆拱桥及斜拉桥索力测试的工程实例中进行了应用,取得了较好的效果。同时对实践中碰到的相关问题进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The flexible cable was usually used for hanger or stay-cable in tied arch bridge and cable-stayed bridge. The magnitude,variation and distributing of the cable tension is the basis of the important evidence of bridges. So it is significant to survey the cable tension well and truly. Because there current cable tension surveying methods which is applied in practice contain many problems, it is very necessary to deeply study these problems. Based on the practice of engneering ,the analysis methods of cable tension measuring are studied in this paper,The main tasks and results are as follows:1. The existing problem by analyzing current researches on the methods of cable tension surveying are presented.2. Such factors as stiffness,initial shape,doundary conditions and temperature of cable which have influence on the testing precision of cable tension by frequency method are analysised. Through the combination of finite element analysis and engineering examples are:the actual bending stiffness of the rigid cable closer to the wire cable to consider the loose-bending stiffness,far less than the bending stiffness of geometry,and the actual bending stiffness of cable with cable tension echanged.3. Deduce the practical calculation formulas of the cable tension by analyzing the size of the stiffness parameterξ. The bucking funtion of compreessed bars is utilized to conceive a function that can describe the second oscillation mode of fixed–end rigid cables. By means of the RITZ method ,the free frequency of the second mode of the cables are given .4. The above results which the cable tension testing is applied in the tied arch bridge and stay-cable bridge. Practice has proved that:the frequency method can meet the engineering requirement,and analysis of some issues of the frequency mothed in practice at the same time.
