形状记忆合金对混凝土的环向驱动研究

【摘要】 本文主要以SMA(形状记忆合金Shape Memory Alloy)的形状记忆效应为基础,基于形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应和混凝土的轴向抗压强度随另外两向应力的增加而增加的原理,研究一种新型混凝土环向驱动构件,即SMA智能混凝土,从而提出一种新型的预应力施加方式——环向预应力,使混凝土柱在无损伤时就达到三向受压的理想工作状态。并提出新型混凝土环向驱动构件在应用推广之前必须解决的问题以及研究方向。为了研究形状记忆合金对混凝土环向驱动研究,在理论分析的基础上,通过对国内外有关SMA文献资料的研究,了解了有关SMA的各种特性﹑工程意义及目前国内外SMA的研究现状。为下一步试验的顺利实施,进行了形状记忆效应﹑相变点和回复力大小的测定,并对合金丝采取冷拉还是冷拔进行了比较。把混凝土结构在100℃烘干后,对素混凝土柱﹑合金丝没有预应变和合金丝有预应变混凝土柱进行了轴压试验研究。经过分析和试验,得出了形状记忆合金丝在有预应变﹑没有预应变和无环向约束三种情况下混凝土柱的承载力和变形变化规律。通过对混凝土试件的抗压强度试验,分析了三种不同混凝土结构的荷载-应变曲线。试验结果表明:形状记忆合金对混凝土的环向驱动,不仅对裂缝有了很好的抑制作用,而且间接提高了混凝土的抗压强度,与理论分析基本吻合。
【Abstract】 According to the principle of axial compressive strength of concrete increases with the increase of other biaxial stresses, and on the basis of the shape memory effect, a new kind of structure-concrete ring driving structure was researched in this paper, i.e. SMA smart concrete. And a new way of pre-stressed - ring pre-stress was put forward,which can make the structure reach the ideal working condition of triaxial compression before being damaged. It is also pointed out in the paper that some problems should be solved before the ring pre-stress concrete structure of shape memory alloy is popularized and applied, as well as the research direction concerned.This text, in order to study the ring pre-stress concrete structure of shape memory alloy, on the basis of theoretical analysis, by studying the domestic and international relevant SMA documents and materials, various kinds of characteristics about SMA, project meaning and domestic and international research present status of SMA have been known. We had a shape memory effect of phase transition point, recovery stress and the determination of the size, then we compare to cold drawn and drawing of alloy. After heating the concrete structure at 100℃, we conducted study of axial compression, which the concrete columns, no pre-strain and pre-strain alloy wire concrete columns. By analyzing and testing, the law of the bearing capacity variation and the deformation of the concrete column have been obtained in 3 kinds of condition, SMA having pre-strain, having no pre-stain and having no ring to restrain.The load-strain curves of three different kinds of concrete structure have been analyzed by testing the compressive strength of the concrete samples. It is shown that the ring driving of the shape memory alloy in the concrete can not only restrain the cracking, but also enhance the compressive strength of concrete indirectly, which is basically consistent with the theoretical analysis.
