【摘要】 知识与人才是推动社会进步和国家发展的主要动力。当今世界在经济、科技、国防等方面的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,所以人才培养的重要性和紧迫性在当今世界已经成为共识。为全面适应新世纪我国社会主义现代化建设对人才的需要,各高校必须增强责任感和紧迫感,站在时代和社会发展的高度,抓住机遇,迎接挑战,不断推动教学体制和运行机制的改革,以适应不断发展的社会主义建设的要求。所以,深入探讨和研究如何培养人才已成为各高等院校和教育工作者在新世纪面临的重要课题。随着我国经济的不断发展和全民健身计划的日益深入,国民健身意识逐步增强,众多群众踊跃参加社会体育,使其成为时代的潮流并在全国各地蓬勃兴起。人们对健身、休闲、娱乐体育的需求不断增加,引起了体育社会化、市场化、产业化方兴未艾。为了适应新世纪人们对体育文化发展的需要,高校社会体育这一新兴专业应运而生,并与体育教育专业、运动训练专业、运动人体科学专业、民族传统体育专业一同被列入自1999年起开始执行的新的体育院校本科专业目录中。这意味着社会体育专业将肩负起培养新世纪所需要的社会体育专门人才的重任。本研究以广西地区各高校社会体育专业的人才培养模式以及广西地区对社会体育专业人才需求为主要研究内容,运用查阅文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法进行研究,对广西地区各高校社会体育专业的发展现状、生存环境、社会需求现状等方面进行较为全面的研究。通过研究达到有利于广西社会体育专业的健康发展和该专业毕业生成为符合我国社会发展的“博而广、专又精”的高级社会体育专业人才的目的,并为广西社会体育专业的课程体系改革与建设提供理论依据和有益的参考。根据笔者的研究结果表明:广西高校社会体育专业建设与发展中还存在着诸多问题,主要体现在面临着来自内外两方面的压力。首先来自内部的压力主要体现在:1以广西现有的经济和社会发展水平为基点,广西社会体育专业的发展速度显得过快甚至超前;2、雷同的培养人才的服务领域和相似的培养类型普遍存在于目前广西各高校社会体育专业的建设与发展过程中,而且各高校间专业方向也并未形成互补的局面;3、虽然多样化的人才培养模式在广西高校社会体育专业中已基本形成,但是在具体的人才培养过程中依然存在着一些问题。这主要表现为:不够科学的课程体系,在实践性教学环节(包括专业实习)中的重视程度不够,对学生的综合能力、组织管理能力、社会交际能力的培养较为欠缺;4、对社会体育专业的发展需求这一点而言,广西各高校该专业的师资力量还略显薄弱,难以满足社会的需求,主要体现在:缺乏足够的专业教师数量、教师实践能力欠强,尤其缺乏既有较高理论素养又有实践经验的教师;5、社会体育专业的实习基地在广西各高校中都尚未建立起来,同时一些必备的体育场馆的设施也较为缺乏;6、由于入学时广西社会体育专业的学生在运动技术、技能整体水平相对较低,因此在一些专业方向的需求上难以达到满足;7、在专业思想这一方面而言,广西各高校社会体育专业的学生显得不够稳定,主要表现为:淡薄的学生专业观念,模糊的专业认识,不够端正的学习态度,甚至有相当一部分学生准备毕业后改行或有改行倾向;8、广西各高校社会体育专业培养学生目前所具备的能力与当前广西用人单位所需求的社会体育专业人才应具备的能力尚有一定差距,主要体现在:目前社会体育专业学生的专业技术水平较低,组织能力和社会交际能力较为欠缺等。9、在广西地区用人单位对社会体育专业人才需求量的调查中发现:大多数的企事业单位和国营厂矿企业因受到经济大环境的影响,基本上都不设置专职的体育管理人员,对社会体育专门人才的需求量较少,需求量较大的还是社区体育指导员、体育健身中心、各种体育协会(俱乐部)等。其次面临外部的压力主要是体现在:1、由于广西经济和社会发展水平还相对滞后,因此这就制约了广西体育产业的发展,导致广西体育产业的发展水平目前还处于一个较低的层次上;2、对就业市场的培育程度而言,广西的社会体育专业还尚未得到充分地挖掘和发展。为了应对这些来自内外两方面的压力,本研究提出以下的建议和对策:1、广西各高校要借鉴国外社会体育专业办学成功的经验;2、以促进广西的体育产业健康、快速发展为目的,在引导广西居民合理进行体育消费的方针的指导思想下,广西政府部门要大力扶持广西的体育产业,从而促使其走上一条可持续发展的良性轨道上,并相应地对其生存环境和就业环境产生改善的作用。3、评审程序和审批程序至关重要,因此有关部门应努力健全专业评审程序,严格把好审批程序这一关;4、对社会体育专业的未来发展规划方面,广西各高校管理部门要灵活制定出适合本学校条件和发展的相应政策,同时各高校要加强宏观调控能力;5、对课程设置进行优化,提高对实践性教学环节的重视程度,进一步加快课程建设的步伐; 6、广西各高校要进一步明确社会体育专业的主要服务领域;7、相应部门应加大对师资队伍的投入和建设,同时加大资金投入力度改善办学条件; 8、广西各高校要进一步加强社会体育专业学生的专业思想教育;9、针对目前的社会需求对学生进行就业指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 The knowledge and the talented person are main powers of impelling the social progress and the national development. Now, in the world, the key of competition in aspects of economy, science, technology, national defense and so on is to get talented person. So the importance and urgency of personnel training is well known in the world. For comprehensively adapting the need of talented person in socialism modernization, various universities must strengthen the sense of responsibility and urgency to impel the reform in teaching system and the movement mechanism. Therefore, the thoroughly discussing and researching about personnel training has become to the important topic that the institutions of higher learning and the educator need to research in new century.With the developing of our country economy and actualizing the plan of national keeping-fitness, more and more people taking part in social physical sports has become prevailing in all around the country.The increased of peoples’need about keeping fitness, the leisure and the sports entertainment lead to sports socializing, marketing, and industrializing. In order to adapting the need of developing sports culture in new century, the social physical education major was emerged, which composed the new majoring course catalogue of sports college or university undergraduate(carrying out from 1999 years) with the physical education major, the sports training majors, the human science major and the traditional national sports major. It means that fostering the needed social physical talented person would be responsibility of social physical education major.The present research was about studying on patterns of cultivating social physical talents in Guangxi universities and needing for social physical talents in Guangxi by literature researching, questionnaire survey, and statistic method and so on. And this research is propitious to offering theories evidences and reference about course system reforming and constructing of social physical major in Guangxi.The research has found that there were many questions in social physical education of Guangxi universities. The pressures were from interior and exterior. First of all, the internal pressure mainly manifest as follow. Firstly, taking now available level of economic and social development of Guangxi as base point, the developing speed of Guangxi society sports special field was more quickly than before. Secondly, the service domains of social physical personnel that were fostered in various Guangxi universities are similar at present. The types of social physical personnel are similar too. Thirdly, the foster patterns of social physical personnel in Guangxi universities have become diverse, but there were some problems during the process. For example, the course system was not scientific enough. It was not attached importance to the practicing education enough including specialization practicing. The integrative ability, organizing ability, communicative ability of trainings was deficiency. Fourthly, the power of social physical educators in Guangxi universities was so weak that it couldn’t satisfy the need of specialty development. For example, the number of special teacher and the practicing ability of teachers are deficiency. The teachers that master special theoretic well and have practicing experience are deficiency especially. Fifthly, social physical practice base have not been building in Guangxi universities. And the necessary equipments of gymnasium are deficiency at the same time. Sixthly, the whole sports technology levels of new social physical students are low and hard to fit for social needing. Seventhly, the professional ideology of students is not stable enough. For example, the special concept and cognition of students are dim. The attitude for learning is not right. The most of students want to or have trend to change their profession after graduating. Eighthly, the ability of students fostered by social physical education in various Guangxi universities has a gap with the ability that students should hold for adapting the need of Guangxi employer. The special technical levels of social physical students are weak. Ninthly, in investigation of social physical personnel being demanded by Guangxi area employers, we found that few social physical personnels were demanded by business unit, the state-operated factory and mining enterprise because of being influenced by economical environment. And the more social physical personnels were demanded by social physical directors, fitness centers and each kind of sports association (club) and so on. The organizing and communicating abilities of students are deficiency well. The exterior pressure was from two aspects. First, it was restricted by levels of economic and social development. Second, employ market of social physical education had not grown up well.Therefore, the thesis provide advises as follow to cope with interior and exterior pressure. First, Each Guangxi universities should learn from overseas successful running experience to construct the social physical education. Second, the Guangxi government department should support the sports industry, promote development healthily and fast, guide the inhabitant reasonably consuming on the sports, the improvement society physical education survival environment and the employment environment. Third, relative department of Guangxi should perfect specialized appraisal procedure and strictly carry out examination and approval procedure. Fourth, the administer department of each Guangxi universities should make developing plan about social physical education, and strengthen macroscopically management. Fifths, strengthens the constructing of teachers procession, and improve school condition.Sixth, each Guangxi universities should be clear about the service domain of social physical education. Seventh, it should be that optimize curriculum system, attach importance to practical teaching link, speeds up the curriculum constructing step. Eighth, each Guangxi universities should strengthen the social physical student’s specialized ideological education.
