企业门户消息发布系统的设计与重构

【摘要】 软件与其他产品的最大不同之处在于它在生命周期内不断的变化。变化来自多个方面:新的需求,新技术的采用,bug的修复等。随着变化的引入,软件的结构会不可避免的背离设计的初衷,使后续的修改变得困难并难以维护。重构可以很大程度上避免这个问题,重构通过调整程序代码改善软件的质量、性能,使其程序的设计模式和架构更趋合理,提高软件的扩展性和维护性。在实际的软件开发过程中,由于各种条件的制约,重构活动的重要性往往得不到应有的体现,本文以一个大型企业门户网站的的消息发布系统的设计和重构为例,阐述了如何开发与维护的过程中进行重构以保持软件的生命力。Alert Center的背景在于整个门户网站中有很多的信息需要及时,准确而且廉价发送给用户。让用户在第一时间获悉各种服务的状态以更好的来提升客户和门户网站本身的商业价值。随着J2EE平台的发展,各种新技术如富客户端,轻量级容器和框架的涌现,不断推动整个J2EE社区的进步。本文将这些新趋势和新技术应用到Alert Center的重构和再设计的过程中。

【Abstract】 The biggest difference between software and other products are the continuous change in its whole life cycle. Changes come from many aspects: new requirement, new technology and bug fix etc. With the introduction of changes, the structure of the software will be inevitable departure from the original intention of the design, makes it hard to do the follow-up changes and maintain.Refactor can avoid this problem largely, improving software quality and performance by adjusting the code, and make the software design and architecture more reasonable, improve the scalability and software maintenance.In the actual process of software development, due to various conditions, the importance of refactor is often ignored. In this paper, it takes a message release system of a large enterprise portal as example, expresses how to maintain the vitality of the software in development and maintain process.The background of Alert Center is that there is lots of information in the portal site which needs to be sent on time in a low price way, let users know the status of different services on time.With the development of J2EE platform, new technologies such as rich client, lightweight containers and framework emerge, promoting the progress of the entire J2EE community continuously. In this paper, these new trends and new technologies applied to the refactor and redesign process of Alert Center.
