【摘要】 第二次世界大战后,现代科学技术取得了新突破和新成果,把人类带进了一个以科学技术为主导的时代。人们的生活质量不断提高,人类积极地影响历史进程的可能性和必要性在前所未有的扩大,极大地推动了人类社会物质文明和精神文明的发展。然而,现代科学技术给人类社会带来的不确定性与引发的社会问题开始受到人们的关注。如何使科学技术最大限度地造福于人类或服务于人类福祉的问题,就成为当代人类必须关注的重要问题。人们开始意识现代科学技术与人文关怀之间存在着相互渗透、相互补充的密切联系,二者均衡的发展是人类社会全面持续进步的重要保证。现代科学技术呼唤与人文关怀融合。当然,这种融合并不意味着一种精神对另一种精神的消解要实现这样的融合,我们必须审时度势,充分把握好影响二者融合的种种因素,从而才能在实践中扬长避短、趋利避害,为二者的顺利融合创造条件。我们要建设的是有中国特色的社会主义市场经济,它的市场经济特征,决定了它对物质文明的追求,并且在党的十七大,胡锦涛书记提出我们要建设创新型国家,这就要求把科技创新作为基本战略,大力发展现代科学技术。同时,我们也要落实科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社会。而科学发展观的核心是以人为本,和谐社会的特征之一是人与自然的和谐相处。因此,我们必须既重视现代科学技术发展又重视人文关怀,在现代科学技术与人文关怀之间保持必要的张力,实现完美的结合,推动中国社会沿着健康的轨道步入新世纪。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the Second World War, the modern science and technology obtained new breakthrough and achievement in the areas of electronic computer, aerospace engineering, biological genetics engineering, new materials and energy and so on. With the accelerative development as well as the widespread application of modern science and technology in the economic society, it takes human being into the new period when the science and technology takes the leading role, changes the relationship of human and nature and the effect of people in the producing course, forms new condition of material life. This makes our social appearance change with each passing day and makes our quality of life improve increasingly. The possibility and necessity of human influencing historic course are enlarging unprecedented, which impel the development of the material civilization and spiritual civilization enormously. However, when human expect to obtain a bigger benefit through the science and technology, the negative effect and social risk which brings also excite people’s attention more and more extensively. Therefore, the puzzle and even the critique to the modern science and technology development appear.In view of the disastrous consequence which the separation of modern science and technology and the humanistic concern incurs, the complex social reality and the contradiction, the human needs the prop of faith, the consolation of mind and with spiritual help oneself. The people start to realize, to safeguard and promote human’s development has become one urgent problem which concern that the science and technology continue to progress and the society further develops. The people start to seek the candid embodiment of humanistic spirit, seek the people’s ultimate need to human’s spirit, and inquire and connect this kind of need through the way of jump and the promotion to become a complete person. At the same time, the people also realize that if they want to maintain harmonious relations between the human and the nature, establish harmoniously unified values and ethics view of the human and the nature, they must give the full humanistic concern to the contemporary science and technology, but not reduce the human to slave for the modern science and technology.There have been the close relations between the modern science and technology and the humanistic concern which seep and supplement mutually. On the one hand this kind of relations display that the modern science and technology is seeping the humanistic implication, but the humanistic concern is also seeping the scientific implication. The science and technology is the strength of the human progresses. Treating the achievements of the science and technology, on the one hand human being must break through traditional idea and cause the new skills to benefit the humanity; On the other hand they must determine the new principle, limit some kind of use scope of scientific and technical achievements, guarantee that the science and technology advance along the development direction which is fundamentally advantageous to the human survival, and manifest the humanistic concern in the modern science and technology. The two balanced development is the important guarantee which can ensure that human society comprehensively progresses continually.As seen above, modern society urgently needs the fusion of science and technology and humanistic concern. Certainly, this kind of fusion does not mean that one spirit must realize such fusion to another kind of energetic resolution. We must size up the situation, grasp fully all sorts of factors of influencing the fusion, thus we can enhance strong points and avoid weaknesses in reality, make use of favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable conditions, and create the condition for the smooth fusion.How to make the science and technology farthest benefit the humanity or serve the human blessing becomes the important question to which the contemporary humanity must pay attention. What we must construct is the Chinese characteristic socialist market economy, whose market economy characteristic has decided the pursuance to the material civilization. In Seventeenth Congress, Secretary Hu Jintao proposed that we wanted to construct the new-type country, which requested to take the technical innovation as the basic strategy and develop the modern science and technology vigorously. At the same time, we also must carry out the Scientific Concept of Development and construct socialism harmonious society. But the core of Scientific Concept of Development is human. One of harmoniously social characteristics is harmonious co-existence between man and nature. Therefore, we must pay attention to the modern science and technology development and the humanistic concern, maintain the essential tension between the modern science and technology and the humanistic concern, realize the perfect union, and impel the Chinese society to march into the new century along the healthy track.更多还原
