【摘要】 本文以信息咨询机构建设为主要研究对象和目标,首先以中小企业为目标咨询用户的需求内容及特点进行分析;然后对现行的信息咨询机构中存在的问题进行分析和总结;之后讨论面向中小企业的信息咨询机构的建设内容;并且在此基础上,对信息咨询机构的绩效进行综合评价,一方面使中小企业在选择合适的信息咨询机构为其服务的时候有所依据,另一方面能够使信息咨询机构充分认识自身的水平,促使其能更好的对机构进行建设和发展。本文主要使用纵式结构,采取逐章递进的方式来对所研究的问题一一进行阐述,进而表明了观点。我国信息咨询机构的建设在信息时代正遇到着前所未有的挑战和机遇,只有通过不懈的努力,不断建设完善,才能满足中小企业不同层次的信息需求,为其发展提供有力保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now,the popularization and operation of internet make information industry full of vitality.In the meanwhile,more an more enterprises consider the information which is related to their developments as the most resources.It is mainly because that with the globalization, they can not compete on the price of products and product itself.So they must look for the new competing superiority.In our country, medium and small enterprises is the important components of the national economic,also the same to most countries all over the world.So under the situation, how to help medium and small enterprises obtain necessary information and improve the ability of catching information become the research focus.The medium and small enterprises in our country have some achievement,but is not enough.Most researchers think that the fund,technology,and personnel problem restrict the development of medium and small enterprises,also their information construct.But after lots of investigation,the writer of this paper find the information advanced by third-paty consultative machinery can not satisfy the medium and small enterprises,so it is useless for their development.Therefore, at present in China for the medium and small enterprises and third-party advisory body of information between supply and demand difficult to reach an agreement the two sides of the issue, the paper put forward the corresponding resolution mechanisms for third-party advisory body information needs of small and medium enterprises strictly in accordance with the specific characteristics of supply Its urgent need for the information services and products,Information is the advisory body of the products, in addition to form, with all of its tangible products, we need a clear market orientation. In this study, a large number of advisory services for medium and small enterprises is the target market, its information products to the specific needs of a decision of the advisory body of the market position. So in the output of information resources needed before a clear need for enterprises in the end what kind of information, what kind of information in order to meet its production, sales, management and operation of the needs of medium and small enterprises in specific information needs, the enterprises should accelerate the improvement of the external environment And the strengthening of internal capacity of the training. In the external environment construction, the increase from the Government’s advisory body on information policy support and improve the legislative advisory services, standardize the management consulting industry, external publicity, enhance the entire people’s awareness of information consultation, and other three focus on strengthening the building of the advisory body of information The external environment provide a strong support in strengthening their internal capacity-building, information from the advisory body of the database and network construction, information advisory body of the training of qualified personnel, information advisory body, such as building the credibility of three in-depth study,So,this paper set forth that the third-paty consultative machinery must provide information which is close to the medium and small enterprises to benefit each other.Information-oriented medium and small enterprises in the construction advisory body to study the mechanism, but also information on the performance of advisory body to evaluate, in part, to be solved are the two main questions: First, the establishment of evaluation index system, and the other is comprehensive Evaluation methods of identification, information on the advisory body through the performance evaluation, in addition to information consulting company itself can be based on the evaluation results to adjust their direction and institution-building strategy, in fact is also suitable for medium and small enterprises choose reliable information consulting partners Strong support, to provide medium and small enterprises with practical and reliable services and reduce the risk of certain inputs.更多还原
