【摘要】 我国高校后勤管理模式是在计划经济条件下形成和发展起来的,随着我国改革的深入发展,特别是高校后勤社会化改革的不断深化和信息时代的来临,高校后勤系统所面临的环境日益复杂多变,所承担的工作任务也日益繁重,高校后勤的地位在办学中越显重要。而传统的高校后勤绩效考核又存在着诸多问题,如:绩效考核基本上处于自发状态;缺乏科学、合理、系统的绩效考核指标体系;定性考多于定量考核;考核理论不足;没有和后勤整体战略目标相符;考核多流于形式等。因此,对高校后勤的绩效考核再依据对员工个人的“德、能、勤、绩”为主要内容的传统考核模式已经不能够完全适应现今高校后勤的发展要求。高校后勤的绩效考核,不仅要注重对员工个人绩效的考核,也要同时对高校后勤集团整体的绩效进行考核。本文介绍了某高校后勤集团的主要构成,论述了绩效考核的主要内容及高校后勤绩效考核的意义、目的及其重要性。在本文中还介绍了与高校后勤绩效考核相关的理论,主要包括政府绩效考核的理论和企业绩效考核的理论。通过文献的阅读,建立了高校后勤集团绩效考核的指标体系,并运用模糊综合评判法对某高校后勤集团整体绩效进行了考核,得出了其目前的考核结果,并给出了某高校后勤集团目前整体绩效所处的状态。本研究从考核某高校后勤整体绩效入手,采用模糊综合评判法对其整体绩效进行考核,研究探索出一种比较适合高校后勤集团整体绩效考核的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deep-going logistics reform of colleges and universities, the results evaluation of colleges and universities logistics are beginning into the view of manager and researcher. Logistics is an important part of colleges and universities. It is the guarantee basement and presupposition of teaching and scientific research. It is only the high efficiency, beneficial result and quality of logistics that can promote higher education robust growth. The development of colleges and universities are largely affected by the logistics of colleges and universities. How evaluate the result of the colleges and universities are becoming a realistic problem because it related to the education of colleges and universitiesIn addition, with the reform of colleges and universities logistics, it is faced with many problems that must be taken more attention from now on. In present, many researches are focused on the personal result evaluation and choosing indexes.Enterprise evaluation of result is focused on the finance, but the evaluation of logistics of colleges and universities are few. So in this paper, the author adopted fuzzy comprehensive judgment to evaluate the result of certain college.This paper included five partsOne part: introduction.In this part, the author first analyzed the traditional method of result evaluation could not adapt to the modern situation for colleges and universities. So it is essential for us to build a series of indexes to evaluate the result of colleges and universities. Secondly, the author analyzed the main problem and present situation on result evaluation of colleges and universities.Final, the part analyzed the necessity and feasibility on result evaluation of colleges and universities.Part two: theories related to result evaluation of colleges and universitiesIn this part, firstly, the author introduced the connotation of colleges and universities. And it included the meaning of logistics, the property and characteristic of logistics work, and the action of colleges and universities logistics.Secondly, the author introduced the present situation of the research in China and abroad. But, there is only little research about the topicLast, the author introduced the theory of result evaluation related to the colleges and universities logistics. Now main theory about result evaluation mainly included the theories on enterprise and government.But, the theories on government are focused on social benefits and the theories on enterprises are focused on economic benefits.Part three: building the model on result evaluation based on fuzzy comprehensive judgmentIn this part, the paper introduced the FUZZY, the FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE JUDGMENT and AHP method. We use AHP method to compute the weight of indexes because the weight must be used in the method of FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE JUDGEMENT.But, in the process of computing weight, the AHP method must calculate the CI. Sometimes, the process will take some troubles. So in this paper, the author used IAHP to compute the weights.Part four: building the indexes on result evaluation of certain colleges and universitiesIn part four, the paper presented the intension, procedure and affection of colleges and universities. In the part, the paper presented the intension, procedure and affection of colleges and universities. In the part, the importance and criterions of colleges and universities logistics are stated.In the part, the paper constructed the indexes of colleges and universities.
