【摘要】 随着WTO框架下国际贸易自由化的进一步发展,绿色壁垒问题逐渐成为人们广泛关注的热点。农产品贸易作为历届WTO多边谈判的焦点,是受绿色壁垒影响最为严重的领域之一。如何突破发达国家的绿色壁垒使我国农产品顺利进入国际市场已经显得十分重要和紧迫。但我们不应忘记的是,在国际贸易中,我国不仅是出口国,同时也是进口国。构建和完善自己的绿色壁垒不仅可以解决我国出口贸易面临的困境,更可以从长远达到保护我国生态环境和人民健康的目的。本文以绿色壁垒为研究对象,分析其定义、表现形式、特征、性质和法律依据,以及我国绿色壁垒的现状,并进一步分析了绿色壁垒对我国农产品贸易的影响,最后提出了我国农产品贸易突破绿色壁垒的关键性对策。本文共分三个部分:第一部分:绿色壁垒概述。作为整篇论文的研究背景,提出了绿色壁垒的定义、表现形式、特征、性质和法律依据,同时介绍了我国绿色壁垒的现状,为整个研究奠定基础。第二部分:绿色壁垒对我国农产品贸易的影响。首先结合我国农产品贸易的状况对我国农产品出口的优势进行分析,主要通过我国农产品贸易遭遇绿色壁垒的要素分析,论证了绿色壁垒对我国农产品贸易的正面和负面影响。第三部分:我国农产品贸易突破绿色壁垒的策略。揭示了我国农产品贸易遭受绿色壁垒的深层次原因,提出突破绿色壁垒的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Green Trade Barriers have gradually been hotpots of people`s attention, along with the further development of international trade liberalism, which under the WTO framework. Farm products trade, as the focus of successive multilateral negotiation in WTO, is one of the fields that suffering serious Green Trade Barriers. As a weak industry, agriculture is easily influenced. On this issue, there are a lot of negative comments in our nation. This paper affirmed that Green Trade Barriers is significant for our national sustainable development and the increase in farm products export.This paper analyzes the Green Trade Barriers, analyzes its definition, represent form, characteristic , property, legal gist and the actuality of Chinese Green Trade Barriers, then analyzes the Green Trade Barriers’effect on Chinese import and export of farm products, and then the paper brings forward the measure of how to deal with the Green Trade Barriers.This paper consists of three parts:Part one: The general situation of Green Trade Barriers. It brings forward the definition of the Green Trade Barriers, represent form, characteristic , property, legal basis and the actual situation of Chinese Green Trade Barriers, which establish the basis for the whole research.Part two: The Green Trade Barriers’effect on Chinese farm products trade. Firstly it analyszs the advantage of exporting about Chinese farm products combining the status of Chinese farm products trade, mostly demonstrating the Green Trade Barriers’positive and negative effect on Chinese farm products trade according to the essential analysis of Chinese farm products trade caused by Green Trade Barriers.Part three: Countermeasures of breaking Green Trade Barriers in Chinese farm products trade. It brings out the deep cause of Chinese farm products trade caused by Green Trade Barriers, then brings forward the countermeasures of how to deal with the international Green Trade Barriers in Chinese farm products trade.更多还原
