【摘要】 中国和俄罗斯在国际经济和政治舞台上都扮演着重要角色。随着经济全球化的加速、中国在改革开放后成绩的取得以及俄罗斯经济的回升,中俄两国经贸合作备受世界瞩目。中俄两国经贸联系可追溯到很多年前,两国友谊源远流长。改革开放的20多年里中国经济发展迅速,1978年中国外贸额在世界排名第32位,而到2006年,中国已成为仅次于美国、德国的世界第三大贸易国。另一方面,2000年5月普京执政以来,俄罗斯政局日益稳定,经济也实现了正增长,现在已成为世界上经济增长最快的国家和地区之一。中俄经贸合作快速发展的条件已经具备,截止去年底的数据显示,两国经贸关系已经顺利度过磨合期,驶入发展快车道,前景十分光明。因此,重视和研究新世纪的中俄经贸关系具有十分重要的意义。本文力求在掌握大量研究成果和实际案例的基础上,对中俄经贸关系发展基础和发展现状、两国的依存关系、发展中存在的问题等方面进行深入探讨,在此基础上提出相应的对策和建议。本文在结构和内容上安排如下:前言部分首先论述了中俄经贸发展的背景,并对合作中产生的一些问题简要说明。第一章是中俄经贸发展现状。第一节首先从全球及区域经济一体化、有利的政治环境、两国国内经济的稳定发展以及加入世界贸易组织的契机等方面对推动中俄经贸关系发展的背景条件进行论述;第二节从中俄经贸发展特点和商品构成等两方面论述了中俄经贸发展的现状,第二章是中俄两国经贸发展的依存关系。第一节从要素禀赋和双方贸易产品结构方面分析了两国贸易产品的互补性,并得出结论:两国贸易产品互补性强,贸易对双方有利;第二节通过贸易结合度分析了两国从1992年到2005年的贸易数据,发现两国之间的贸易结合度虽然有波折变化,但是始终大于1,属于高贸易结合度之列。第三章是中俄经贸面临的挑战。第一节从俄罗斯国内经济问题、俄罗斯市场上的竞争以及中国威胁论等三方面概述了两国经贸合作中面临的不利环境;第二节从贸易产品结构、中国商品的信用危机等两方面论述了两国经贸合作中存在的现实问题。第四章是和谐发展中俄经贸。首先从市场多元化和双方国内经济发展两方面论述了进一步加强两国经贸发展的意义,中国经济发展需要俄罗斯的能源与原材料,同时,俄罗斯也需要拓展东亚市场;然后从战略规划、大经贸关系、科技合作、民间交流、边境贸易、寻找贸易新的增长点等方面提出了推进中俄经贸关系的战略选择。最后一部分是结语,主要论述经贸合作对于中俄双边关系及多边关系的影响,并对中俄经贸合作发展进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Russia and China have been playing important roles in the international stage, both economically and politically. With the fast economic globalization, China’s great achievement and the resurgence of Russia economy, the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has attracted worldwide attention. The friendship and the trade relations between two countries can be traced to ancient times. During the past twenty years of Reform and Opening to the outside world, China has been developing fast. The ranking of China’s foreign trade amount has grown from the thirty-second in 1978 to the third in 2006, just after American and Germany. Besides, since May 2000, Vladimir Putin has been in office, the Russia society gradually got stable and the economy started to enhance, and now it is one of the areas and countries with the fastest economic growth. The conditions for swift development of economic and trade cooperation between Russian and China have been well to go. In accordance with last year’s statistics, the Sino-Russia economic and trade relations has achieved initial success, and will have a bright future. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the Sino-Russia economic and trade relations in the new century. Focusing on the significance of the Sino-Russia economic and trade relations in the new century, the passage explores the problems on the history, current situation of their trade relations and its dependent relations, and then puts forward the solutions and suggestions based on the previous achievement and practical cases.The structure and contents are as follows:The preface will discuss the background of Sino-Russia economic and trade development and briefly explain some problems in their cooperation.The first chapter is about Sino-Russian economic and trade development. The first section will discuss the point from the view of global and regional economic integration, a favorable political environment, the stability of the domestic economic development and China’s entry to the WTO; and the Sino-Russia economic and trade relations under these circumstances. Section two will discuss current situation of the Sino-Russian economic and trade development from the angle of its features and commodities.The second chapter is about the dependent economic and trade relations between Russia and China. First section will analyze the trade goods of the two countries from the elements and structure and come to the conclusion: trade between the two countries are highly complementary products, trade will achieve mutual benefit; Section two will, based on the TCD, analyze the trade date from 1992 to 2005, and find that although there have been fluctuations in TCD between the two countries, but the value of TCD is always more than 1, which means a high TCD value between two countries.The third chapter is about challenges of Sino-Russian economic and trade development. First section will outline the disadvantages from three aspects: the domestic economic issues in Russia, the Russian competition in the market, and the China threat theory. Section two will discuss the practical problems existing in their cooperation from the following aspects: products structure, credit crisis of Chinese commodities.The fourth chapter is about the harmonious development of the Sino-Russian trade. First, it will discuss the significance of strengthening the trade relations from the view of market diversification and domestic economic development. China needs Russia’s energy and raw materials to develop economy and Russia needs the market in East Asia; then the passage will figure out the strategic choices from the aspects of strategic planning, gross trading strategy, technological cooperation, folk exchange, border trade and seeking for new trading growth points.The last part is the conclusion, which will emphasis on the impact of economic and trade cooperation on Sino- Russia bilateral or multilateral relationship, and the future of the Sino-Russia trade cooperation.更多还原
