钣金零件工艺特点及对交货期与成本的影响分析

【摘要】 本文围绕网络通讯产品钣金零件类型和其多品种中小批量样品生产工艺和加工特点,针对各种加工制程进行动作分析,总结钣金工作中心的各类型准备工时﹑加工工时及工费率,可用于更精准的工艺优化分析,也可用于产品预估报价及实际生产成本核算。基于成组技朮的零件工艺标准化,阐述网络通讯类钣金零件工艺设定的基本原则,以期找出编制工艺的基本方法﹐指导钣金零件工艺制定。交货期取决于中小批量订单的瓶颈资源运用﹑工艺方案的质量风险﹑快速换模技朮以及加工周期最长的工件等方面,这些都与工艺方案的优劣息息相关﹐同时,工艺方案的优劣也直接关系到产品制造成本的高低。钣金零件原材料规格选择空间较大,材料占产品制造成本的比例较高,产品结构优化对产品整体成本有很大影响,所以,基于成本的结构工艺是分析优化的重点方向。建立盈亏平衡与敏感性分析模型,对钣金机柜具体工艺方案进行可行性及敏感性分析,整体把握交货期﹑成本与工艺方案的关系。在功能分析的基础上,对产品进行结构调整与工艺优化,定量分析与对比方案。本文的研究与分析显示,网络通讯产品类钣金零件工艺有其固有特点,工艺理论的归纳与总结有助于提升钣金工程师对加工设备的运用能力,有利于设计出更优化的工艺流程与加工方案。

【Abstract】 The article simply introduces the type of Communication Networking Sheet Metal(CNSM) and technology characteristics of prototype manufacture in middle-small batch at first. By analyzing the process actions, it will make up the process standard hour and the technology discipline. Based on Group Technology, there are analyzes standard technology of some model products and expatiate basis principle of basketry.As for a product supplier, streamlining the production at a rapid pace is the key to fulfill the great demand.Delivery deadline should be determined by managing neck resource of small batch order form, quantity risk of technology and the longest period of process piece. Delivery deadline and cost all correlate with technology project. Material cost always occupies the most proportion of part cost. The while product cost would be reduced by optimizing product frame.There are established profit-loss balance and sensitivity model. Lead time and cost should be taken into account in the example. The efficient approach of cost assessment for practical use should be applied as earlier and faster as possible.As far as CNSM is concerned, it has characters and life cycle itself. With technology generalize and summarize, it is facilitate to make use of equipment and promote proficient technology level.If the thesis can benefit some engineers in their future career for decreasing cost and increasing efficiency of the technology project, it will realize its goals.
