液压快速接头的改良设计与有限元分析

【摘要】 液压快速接头在作业通井机中是易损件,从可靠性和经济性来讲,它常成为限制性部件,影响到设备的整体性能和使用成本。目前国内石油行业通井机的液压快速接头易损坏,不易修复,造成的资源浪费较大,从而造成了石油行业通井机上使用成本的增大。本文采用理论分析和试验相结合的方法,主要解决目前生产当中存在的问题,并把目前使用的液压快速接头经过改良后充分延长使用寿命,并能充分利用现有的资源,不造成浪费,并能较快的转化为生产力,价格成本控制在较低的范围内。本文主要有针对性的做了如下研究:1、根据目前世界和国内的同类产品使用情况以及相关文献,有针对性的对目前液压快速接头存在的问题进行分析,找出造成液压快速接头易损坏以及不易修复的关键因素。2、有针对性的对现有液压快速接头进行了密封形式的分类,根据施工现场情况对原有快速液压接头进行了实效分析,并找出关键性问题进行密封形式的改良选择。3、对原有液压快速接头的结构进行分析,保留原有合理的部分(螺纹连接密封、快速连接相关设计等),对不合理设计进行改良,并保留了液压快速接头原有的连接结构与尺寸,从而保证了改良后的液压快速接头能够较快投入生产中使用并能把价格控制在较低的范围内,更为重要的是使得改良后的快速液压接头易维修。4、针对原使用部分材料的不合理造成的使用寿命短的问题本文在材料的选择上进行了分析,通过使用筛选的方式确定较为合理的材料,以此保证快速液压接头的较长使用寿命。5、通过有限元分析对改良部位进行分析,从而能够确保设计的可行与合理性,有限元分析有针对性的结合液压快速接头结构改良设计并对改良部位进行合理的尺寸选择。6、采用对比试验的方法采集大量数据进行原有液压快速接头和改良后液压快速接头的各项数据对比,通过合理的、可靠的试验以及准确的试验数据来说明改良后的快速液压接头存在的明显优势以及找出改良后液压快速接头仍然存在的不足,进行进一步的改良。理论分析与试验验证表明改良后的快速液压接头克服了原有快速液压接头存在的弊端,充分延长了液压快速接头的使用寿命,并能较快的投入生产当中使用且成本较低廉,从而充分满足了设计要求。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic fast attaches is damageable parts in tractor hoist assembly, from the point of reliability and economy, it usually to be the key parts to influence the assembly’s performance and using cost. Currently in domestic oil extraction field, the hydraulic fast attaches is damageable and not easy to be repair, as the result much wealth was wasted and the serving cost of tractor hoist was enhanced. In this paper, the method of connection theory analysis and testing is used to resolve this problem, Further more, through improvement the common fast attaches’serving life was extended fully. As the result, the resource on hand was used fully and the wasting was avoided, at the same time productivity transforming was easier and the cost was controlled in a low level. In this paper the pertinence researching working being done list below:1) Based on the domestic and international currently instance of hydraulic fast attaches’using and relative reference, the analysis was done in accordance with the problem existing in hydraulic fast attaches, and the key facet of fast attaches’damageable and not easy to be repair was found.2) In accordance with the sealing style of hydraulic fast attaches, pertinence classifying work was done. In accordance with the instance of job location, the actual effect analysis of original fast attaches was done. The key facet was found and the sealing style was improved.3) The analysis to original hydraulic fast attaches’structure was done, reasonable parts, such as screw connection sealing, fast connection relative designing etc, being reserved, unreasonable designing being improved. At the same time, original connection structure and dimension was reserved, so the improved fast attaches was taken used easily and the cost was controlled in lower level, further more the improved fast attaches was repaired easily.4) Some material used in original fast attaches was unreasonable, which shortened the serving time. According this problem, the analysis around material choice was done. Through the method of selection, the reasonable material was chosen. It ensured hydraulic fast attaches had a long serving life.5) Through FEA to improved part, the feasibility and rationality of our designing was ensured. FEA pertinence connecting with improvement design of hydraulic fast attaches, the reasonable dimension choosing of improved part was done.6) Through contrastive test, much data was collected and these data of original fast attaches and improved fast attaches was compared. Reasonable and reliable test and accurate test data show the clearly advantage of improved hydraulic fast attaches. Through that the disadvantage still existing in improved fast attaches was found, which ensured the further improvement being done.Theory analysis and test show that improved hydraulic fast attaches had gotten over original hydraulic fast attaches’disadvantage, the fast attaches’serving life had been extended fully, it could be used quickly and the cost was lower. So the design requirement was satisfied fully.
