挤出机组预测维修技术应用的研究

【摘要】 针对挤出机机组机械结构复杂、精度高等特点,设备振动监测与故障诊断技术已被广泛应用于薄膜生产企业的设备维修和管理工作,创造了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。因此监测挤出机状态,在设备发生实质性故障之前进行预测维修的方式,是挤出机机组维修的先进技术之一。本文根据塑料薄膜生产企业的结构形式以及无锡环亚包装材料有限公司挤出机机组的运行状况,对挤出机机组实行预测维修进行了可行性和必要性分析。同时在深入研究分析国内外状态检修技术基础上,对环亚公司挤出机机组突发振动事例用频谱分析仪检测的数据进行分析、采取相应措施处理,使机组正常运行,取得了明显的成效。本文解决挤出机机组突发振动实例及状态检修案例可为其它薄膜市场企业提供参考。本文主要论述了如下几个方面:第一章主要阐述了旋转机械状态监测和诊断技术研究的意义,分析了国内外振动监测技术研究与发展趋势,提出了论文的研究内容。第二章介绍了数字信号处理方法。第三章主要采用快速傅立叶变换对信号进行预处理,运用时域分析、频谱分析、解调分析、倒频谱分析对振动信号进行综合分析,从中提取挤出机机组特有的故障征兆及故障敏感参数等,对挤出机组及典型部件(轴承和齿轮)的常见故障的的发生机理及故障特征进行系统分析,并针对实例进行了预测维修的介绍。第四章对环亚包装材料有限公司的预测维修系统进行介绍。第五章对全文进行了总结,并对今后工作提出了展望。

【Abstract】 The vibration monitor and diagnosis technology has been widely applied in maintenance and management of the modern film production plant, responding to the much more complexity and precision of the extruder equipments. So far, it has created huge economic and social benefits. Monitoring the condition of the extruder unit and executing the predict maintenance prior to the malfunction is one of the advanced technology in the field of the equipment maintenance. The paper analyses the possibility and necessity about the predict maintenance application on extruder unit ,according to the research on the structure of the film manufacture plant as well as the extruder unit’s running condition in Wuxi huanya packing material Co,ltd. Besides, based on the analysis on condition monitor technology in domestic and abroad , it acquires obvious effect to solve the malfunction quickly and keep the extruder running normally by analyzing the vibration data obtained by the frequency analysis apparatus. Additionally, the vibration case occurred on the extruder unit and the condition repair case can be the reference for other similar plants. The paper focus on the follows:Chapter 1 summarizes the meaning of the technical study on the conditiong monitor and diagnosis rotating mechanism, introducing the trend of the vibration monitor technology, putting forward the research direction.Chapter 2 introduces the treatment way for digital signal。Chapter 3 summarizes the system analysis on the fault characters and the fault theory about the extruder unit as well as the typical parts such as bearing and gear, according to the principle of the spectrum analysis, time series analysis, demodulation analysis, cepstrum analysis. It also introduces the case about fault detection and predict maintenance.Chapter 4 introduces the set up of the predict maintenance system in huanya packing material Co,ltd.In the last Chapter, all of the works in this dissertation are summed up.The future work is also prospected.
