基于模糊自适应PID控制的交流永磁伺服控制系统研究

【摘要】 现代电力电子技术、微电子技术以及专用集成芯片的大力发展推动了电机控制在实践中的应用,交流变频调速以其优异的调速性能和高效节能特性,正在逐步取代直流调速系统,电机控制也在逐步朝着性能优化、结构简化的全数字式方向发展。伺服系统是电机制造技术、检测技术、电力电子技术、微处理器技术和现代控制技术相结合的产物。永磁同步电机具有高效、高转矩电流比和低惯量等优点,在高性能微处理器芯片和先进控制理论的支持下能获得良好的控制性能。因此,永磁同步电机在伺服控制领域得到了广泛的应用。本文结合大量的文献资料,全面总结和介绍了当前永磁同步电机伺服系统的发展趋势、系统各种控制方法的发展现状和本文解决的一些实际问题,进一步明确了加强开发永磁同步电机伺服系统的意义。
【Abstract】 The development of Electric Power and Electronic technology、Micro Electric technology、special integrated chips and the application of Motor control theory promoted the application of motor control in practice.The AC frequency and speed control which has excellent performance of speed regulation and performance of replacehigh efficiency saving energy generally replaces DC system of speed control .Motor controller is gradually improving into Digital controller、optimal capacity and simple structure.Servo system combines the electrical motor theories、the modern power electronics techniques、sensor techniques、microproces- sor techniques and advanced control theories. As the representative of modem electrical motors, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) is ideal for advanced servo systems for its potentials of high efficiency, high torque to current ratio, and low inertia. Thus, permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely regarded in servo control field.Based on extensive literature,it roundly summaries and introduces the current trend of development and the development of various control methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system. It also introduces the practical problems is solved in this paper. It further strengthen significance of the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system.
