【摘要】 随着外国煤机企业和资本不断的进入我国煤炭行业,给我国煤机企业将带来很大的冲击和挑战,因此虚拟煤机企业的组建是我国未来煤机行业发展的趋势之一。对虚拟煤机企业的研究,有利于我国煤机企业实现资源优势互补、形成协同效应,缩短开发周期、降低开发成本和提高我国煤机企业的竞争力。本文在分析虚拟煤机企业组建上,以项目的研制为线索,综述了虚拟企业的相关理论;结合煤机企业、煤机产品的特点及虚拟企业相关理论,分析了组建虚拟煤机企业的几个关键性因素,对虚拟煤机企业的组建流程进行了深入研究;对虚拟煤机企业适合的组织模式进行选择,并设计了组织能力识别的指标体系;研究了虚拟煤机企业伙伴选择问题、虚拟煤机企业核心竞争力与组织能力问题;研究了虚拟煤机企业协调运作的问题。分析并提出虚拟煤机企业应该建立目标机制、联合决策机制、网络协调机制和信任机制;分析了盟主对替代性活动的协调问题和正式机制与网络机制的协调转化过程问题。得出结论认为在企业运行之初,对盟主拥有的决策权利进行分解,这种分解的过程必须通过企业的联合机制。在企业运行之后,盟主协调决策必须主要依靠网络自身的协调机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the foreign coal machine companies and capital entering our coal industry continually, it brings shock and challenge to our coal machine companies. Therefore, the establishment of suppositional coal machine companies is one of our future coal machine industry development’s trends. The research of suppositional coal machine companies is beneficial for our coal machine companies to realizing the resources’having complementary advantages and forming coordination effect at the same time reducing the development cycle and reducing development cost so as to make our coal machine companies become more competitive.This article summarizes suppositional companies’interrelated theory on the basis of analyzing the establishment of suppositional coal machine companies, with the clue for item development. It combines the features of coal machine companies and products with suppositional companies’interrelated theories to analyze some key factors of forming suppositional coal machine companies. It studies the flow of suppositional coal machine companies’establishment thoroughly and it selects the organization pattern suitable to suppositional coal machine companies. Then it designs the organization ability recognition’s term system and studies the problem of suppositional coal machine companies’selection of partner as well as suppositional coal machine companies’core competitiveness and organization ability. It studies the problem of suppositional coal machine companies’coordinated operation. This article analyzes and brings up that suppositional coal machine companies should set up objective mechanism, united decision mechanism, network coordinated mechanism and trust mechanism. It analyzes the coordinated problem of the replacement of the alliance’chief as well as the coordinated conversion process problem of formal mechanism and network mechanism. It comes to the conclusion that at the beginning of the operating of a company, if break down the decision-making authority of an alliance’s chief, this broken down process must be done through companies’united mechanism. After the operation of a company, the coordinated decision must be mainly based on network’s coordinated mechanism.更多还原
