基于DSP的模糊直接转矩控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文首先论述了直接转矩控制的基本原理,针对传统的直接转矩控制采用Band-Band磁链和转矩控制器而导致系统转矩响应较慢和脉动较大的缺点,提出了一种模糊控制器,根据一套基于专家经验和知识的模糊规则,应用模糊逻辑推理来确定逆变器的开关状态。论文以TMS320LF2407A芯片为核心控制器件,组建了一个全数字化的模糊直接转矩控制实验系统,软件部分采用C语言和汇编语言混合编程的设计方法,既保证了控制程序算法的运算速度,又为从软件方面着手改善系统性能提供了可能性。利用Matlab/Simulink工具对系统进行了建模仿真,结果表明在直接转矩控制中应用模糊控制技术,提高了电机的动态性能以及抗参数变化的能力,在实际的电机控制系统中,具有良好的发展前景。

【Abstract】 The thesis first explains the basic running principle of Direct Torque Control (DTC).Considering the slow torque response and the large torque ripple of ordinary DTC, a fuzzy controller is proposed to substitute the classic Band-Band flux and torque controller, which adopts fuzzy logic to choose the switching states according to a set of fuzzy rules based on both specialists’experience and knowledge. This thesis builds a digital fuzzy logic DTC experimental system based on TMS320LA2407A chip. The software system is developed through C programming and Assemble Language, which can not only ensure the arithmetic efficiency but also offer the possibility of improving the performance of system by modifying software. This paper contributes the emulational model via Simulink module of Matlab software, the results show that applying fuzzy control in DTC, can improve the dynamic performance of controlling system and the capacity of resisting change in parameters. In the actual motor control system, this method is a promising AC drive scheme.
