基于GPRS开关磁阻电机远程控制系统

【摘要】 GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)通用无线分组业务,是一种基于GSM系统的无线分组交换技术,提供端到端的、广域的无线IP连接,因为具有传输速率快、运营费用低、可靠性高、开发方便等明显的优点,十分适用于远程控制以及数据采集,尤其是广泛应用于环境恶劣的油田、发电等多种工业现场,本文介绍了一种基于GPRS的开关磁阻电机控制器远程控制调速系统以及进行数据采集的系统,包括其系统硬件及软件设计。本系统是通过上位机操作系统利用无线网络远程控制应用于油田抽油机的开关磁阻电机,控制开关磁阻电机的启动、停止、复位,转速设定等参数,并对电机的运行状态进行采集,如电流参数、温度参数、转速信息、故障信息等,返回到上位机操作系统进行分析,判断电机工作情况和下一步的控制情况,实现远程控制的目的。该系统克服了操作人员在恶劣的现场环境中工作的局限性,使工作人员不需亲临现场就可以远程控制现场电机工作,同时还可以得知现场电机工作状态。避免了恶劣现场环境带来的不利因素,又可以为工作人员提供良好的工作环境,节省了大量的人力,物力。同时开关磁阻电机的节能效果也会带来巨大的经济效益。并且本系统是属于传动控制和无线通信的交叉学科,使传动控制领域信息化,具有一定的学术意义。本系统经过整机调试,实现了无线远程控制开关磁组电机控制器的基本功能。
【Abstract】 GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) General Packet Radio Service, is a system based on the GSM wireless packet switching technologies to provide end-to-end, wide-area wireless BP connectivity, with speeds as fast, low operating costs, reliability high, facilitate the development of such obvious advantages, is applicable to remote control and data acquisition, especially widely used in poor environment oilfield, power generation and other industrial filed. The thesis introduces a GPRS-based Switched Reluctance Motor Controller remote control and speed control system for data acquisition systems, including its system hardware and software design.The system is PC operating systems through the use of wireless network remote control pumping units used in the oil field, finishing the control of the start to stop, reset, set parameters, such as speed, and the SRM running state acquisition, such as current, temperature parameters, speed information, fault information and returning to the PC operating system to analyze and deciding the next step motor control. Achieve the remote control purposes.The system overcomes the limitations that operators work in the field of bad environmental, so that the operators can operate the machines without visiting the scene and at the same time get the machines running state. It can avoid environmental factors, but also provide a good working environment for staff and save a lot of manpower and material resources. At the same time SRM’s energy saving effect will bring huge economic benefits. And the system is a cross - disciplines between transmission control and wireless communications, enriched drive control areas, which have a certain academic significance.The basic functions of remoting control SRM controller based on wireless net has been achieved.
