纯电动公交电池管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 汽车废气排放是城市污染的重要来源,大力发展零排放的电动公交已成为缓解城市污染的一项重要措施。作为北京“绿色奥运”“科技奥运”的重要体现,电动公交也得到了北京市政府和科委的大力支持。电动汽车电池组相关技术中的电池管理系统是目前国内外研究的热点。本文即描述了奥运电动公交用锂电池配套的电池管理系统的设计与实现。该电池管理系统在拓扑结构上采用集散式的检测方法,即每箱电池都配备检测模块,将各模块所检测的相关电池数据通过内部总线传送给主控模块,再由主控模块对整体数据进行分析和存储,并由CAN总线发送给电动公交各车载装置。针对电动公交高压绝缘安全问题,本设计的一大特色就是在主控模块上附加了绝缘检测模块,实时检测并提醒司机该车当前绝缘状况。本文重点对第三章系统的硬件进行了详细讲述,包括检测板、主控板、绝缘检测模块、通信模块四大部分。在软件实现方面,着重讲述了几个重要的功能板块,包括绝缘检测、检测板电压检测、主从板通信等等。之后论文给出了系统调试以及电池数据的相关分析,并对系统的一些辅助设备作了简单介绍。最后对电池管理系统的进一步发展,给出了一些展望。目前,该系统已经在奥运前期的7辆试验车上安装,累计运行里程已达近10万公里,取得了良好的功效,为下一阶段批量生产打下基础。

【Abstract】 Vehicle emission is an important source of urban pollution. The development of zero-emission Electric Bus could reduce urban pollution. As an important manifestation of Beijing "Green Olympics", "Scientific Olympics", the item of Electric Bus has been supported by Beijing Municipal government and CST.Battery Management System of Electric Vehicle battery technology is a hot research at home and abroad. This paper describes the design and implementation of BMS in pure lithium battery Electric Bus.The distribution topology is used on this system.Every battery box is equipped with detection module which will send the necessary battery data to the main control module through internal RS485 bus.The main control module analyses and stores battery data such as voltage and temperature, then send these data to vehicle devices by CAN buses. The design of the major features in the main control module is imposed on the insulation detection module which can be online monitoring and remind drivers of current insulation status of Electric Bus through LCD display.Firstly the system hardwares are described in detail on the preceding chapters of this paper, including the detection module, the main control module, insulation detection module and communication module. Secondly the parts of software focus on a few important functions, such as insulation detection, voltage detection, master-slave communication, and so on. Then the debugging result and analysis of relevant data of the battery management system are introduced, also including some auxiliary equipments of this system. The writer’s hope and advice on the further development of BMS are given at the end of this paper.Currently, the system has been installed on the earlier seven testing buses whose accumulated mileage reached nearly 100,000 km, and has achieved good effects.All base a good foundation for the next phase of mass production.
