动车组铝合金车体结构强度分析

【摘要】 高速列车在高速铁路技术中占有十分重要的地位。而高速列车车体是高速列车最主要的部件之一,其性能直接与列车的安全性、可靠性、舒适性、环保性密切相关,因此车体技术是高速列车的关键技术之一。本文简要介绍了我国铁路第六次大提速以及从国外引进的高速列车的基本情况,重点介绍了从法国阿尔斯通引进的CRH5车车体的情况。通过运用有限元法,利用ansys有限元分析软件对车体进行建模。依据EN12663的有关规定对车体模型进行了静强度工况、疲劳工况、救援工况、气密强度工况等21种工况条件下的分析,找出了车体的应力分布趋势和范围以及各种工况下车体的垂向位移,明确了车体应力的薄弱部位,并运用相关标准对结果进行了校核。其强度及刚度设计合理,为下一步自主设计国产动车组提供了依据。通过对车体进行自由振动模态分析,明确了车体的一阶垂向弯曲频率和振型,其车体模态结果符合相关标准的要求。通过与原计算报告的对比,明确了不足之处,并分析了几个典型工况下造成与原计算结果相差比较大的原因。重点分析了约束方程和表面效应单元对车体计算结果的影响,并分析了其影响结果的程度。为下一步的工作打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 The high-speed train holds the extremely important position in the high-speed railroad technology. While the high-speed train body is one of the most important parts in the high-speed train, its performance is firmly correlative with the train security, the reliability, the comfortableness, the environmental protection, therefore the car body technology is one of the high-speed train essential technology.The sixth accelerating speed of China railway and the high speed train bought from some foreign countries are briefly introduced, mainly the car body of CRH5 from Alston of the France is told in the paper. The car body which model is build by ANSYS is analyzed by FEM under static load case, fatigue load case, succor load case, air strength load case and so on, twenty-first load cases, according to EN12663. The tide and rang of the stress and the large stress position are found, which value is contrasted with the standard as well as the displacement in the vertical plane .The results indicate that the strength and stiffness of the car body satisfy the norm to provide a basis for our own designed EMU. The elastic mode analysis is done to find the first order reversal bend in vertical plane frequency is acceptable in accordance with specification as well as the mode.The result is contrasted with the oral analysis to find the difference which is analyzed to find the reason in some load cases which the difference is big. Constraint equation and surface element are analyzed to find the influence and extent to the car body. The paper is a basis for further work.
