【摘要】 我国是人口大国,农村富余劳动力转移就业的任务非常艰巨。目前,我国农村有1.5亿富余劳动力,每年还要新增600万农村劳动力。农村劳动力素质不高,缺乏劳动技能,影响向非农产业和城镇的转移,难以在城镇实现稳定就业。随着经济发展水平的提高和新兴产业的兴起,缺乏转岗就业技能的农村富余劳动力的就业难度越来越大。2005年湖南省全面完成2万人的培训目标任务,培训合格1.96万人,转移就业1.84万人,转移就业率达到94%,必须进一步加强湖南职业院校农民工非农职业培训。本文分析了职业院校开展农民工非农职业培训的着重要意义、湖南开展农民工非农职业培训的现状和存在的问题,在分析国外农民工非农职业培训经验的基础上,提出这样几项培训对策:确立正确的农民工非农职业培训思路;建设农民工非农职业培训基地;从实际出发开展农民工非农职业培训;开展好农民工思想道德和法制教育;采取切实可行的农民工非农职业培训的具体措施。从而加快湖南职业院校开展农民工非农职业培训事业的发展。更多还原
