【摘要】 恐怖主义犯罪日益成为全球的一大痼疾。随着经济的全球化、科学技术的发展和互联网的普及，国际恐怖主义犯罪呈现出新的趋势和特点。如何有效地预防、控制和打击国际恐怖主义犯罪成为新世纪摆在世界各国面前的一个重大课题。本文以国际恐怖主义犯罪为研究对象，分五个部分进行论述。首先，从国际恐怖主义犯罪的现象入手，揭示其特征，并从国际法角度分析其危害；其次，从历史、民族(种族)、宗教、社会、国际政治与国际关系等角度剖析国际恐怖主义犯罪的原因；再次，从主体、客体、主观方面和客观方面对国际恐怖主义犯罪进行界定；第四部分，在考察国际社会立法和实践以及各国立法和实践的基础上，提出国际社会反国际恐怖主义犯罪的对策；最后一部分，将视野转入国内，先分析我国面临的恐怖主义现状，再结合我国的立法与实践，提出我国应对国际恐怖主义犯罪的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Terrorism crime is increasingly becoming a global chronic illness. With the globalization of economy, the development of science and technology and the popularization of internet, international terrorism crime has taken on new trend and trait. How to efficiently prevent, control and suppress international terrorism crime is becoming a grand task in front of all the world in new century. This paper takes international terrorism crime as research subject and discusses it from five aspects. Firstly, starting with the phenomena of international terrorism crime, we discover its characteristic and analyze its harm form international law. Secondly, the reason of international terrorism crime is taken apart from history, nationality (race), religion, social, international politics and international relation. Thirdly, international terrorism crime is defined from subject, object, subjective aspect and objective aspect. Fourthly, on the base of reviewing the international legislation and judicial practice all the world, the anti-international terrorism crime Countermeasures are put forward. In the last part, turning to the domestic, we first analyze the situation of terrorism, combining legislation and judicial practice, the anti-international terrorism crime Countermeasures are put forward in our country.更多还原
