【摘要】 近年来,随着人民生活水平的不断提高和对就医条件需求的持续不断增长,医院面临着改善病人就医环境与条件,提高医术与工作效率等诸多问题,同时我国医院的设计和建造也进入了历史上发展最快的时期。住院综合楼作为医疗建筑的重要组成部分,其建筑设计的质量,将直接影响医生护士的医治、看护效率以及病人治疗、康复的进程。本人在工作中有幸参加了重庆市第九人民医院、肿瘤医院、胸科医院、一品医院等几个大中型医院的住院综合楼设计,对其设计特点、设计方法、新的发展趋势等做了一些研究,虽有心得,但也有不少疑惑。本文在实地调查基础上,分析了医院建筑现状和现存问题,并介绍了相关理论及其在住院综合楼设计中的应用,最后通过案例剖析并结合大量实际工程,针对住院综合楼主要功能空间即护理单元和手术部的建筑设计进行了研究。希望通过本文的研究工作,可供类似项目借鉴、参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,hospital is faced with the improvement of nosocomial surroundings and conditions of patient and medical skills and work efficiency,etc,with people’s standard of living improved as well as treatment’s growth.At the same time,hospital’s design and building have also entered the highest peak in Chinese history. As one of the most important parts of a modern hospital,the design quality of inpatient department will exert critical influence on the efficiency of the medical and nursing work of doctors and nurses for patients.Author is lucky to attend the design of the inpatient department of such hospitals as the 9th Hospital of People,Cancer Hospital,Thoraces Hospital,Yipin Hospital in Chongqing.What is more,although getting a good harvest by studying the design character, design method,new advanced trends,the author still has some doubts.The article analyses the existed problems as well as the condition of buildings and introduces related theories and the applications in the design of inpatient department.Finally,the paper researches on the design of sick district and surgery of inpatient department on the basis of actual projects.Hope that the similar projects could reference the researching conclusion of the paper.更多还原
