双壁钢围堰施工桥梁基础在不同条件下若干问题的处理办法

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国经济建设的不断发展,跨越大江大河的桥梁也越来越多,桥梁基础修建的技术也得到了很大的发展和提高。桥梁深水基础的修建,只要困难在于防水、防土,甚至须防止冲刷、滑坡等。使用围堰配合施工的目的,就是在堰内施工和修建基础时,使堰外的水和土不至于大量涌进堰内,并且待基础、墩台修筑出水面后又可将其拆除,避免堵塞水流和航道。双壁钢围堰就是桥梁深水基础修建中采用的一种防水围堰。本文针对本人参与施工的株六复线资水大桥和津浦线K831线路所至蚌埠站淮河铁路特大桥的深水基础施工实例,对深水桥梁施工中的难点——低桩承台的施工围堰加以探讨。文中详细论述了双壁钢围堰施工的有关工艺,提出了施工中应该注意的有关问题。在施工工艺上有创造性思路,即在深水河床面上采用环形槽开挖,这是针对本桥42~#墩基础施工中河床面无覆盖层的特点而采取的新的施工工艺。同时将高压旋喷技术运用在深水基础钢围堰施工中,是对高压旋喷技术的探索和发展。不仅如此,本文中还论述了在不同的地质、水文、以及现场施工环境条件下,合理选择钢围堰的加工、拼装方法,确定下沉、封底方案,及时解决施工中遇到的问题。同时,为了减少工程投入,降低工程成本,对深水基础的施工措施及方案必须因地制宜,本文结合山区和平原地区两种不同水文和地质条件的河流对双壁钢围堰的施工实践进行总结分析,提出在不同环境和条件下采用的施工方法,对降低成本、确保施工顺利进行等方面提出了自己的见解,并进行了深入探讨。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s economy, more and more bridges surmounted major rivers have being constructed, and the technology of the foundation construction have being improved. The most common difficulties for the constructing of deep bridge foundation are waterproofing, earth standing, even anti-corrosion and land sliding etc. The purpose to construct a cofferdam is to prevent the water and soil outside the cofferdam to rush into it during cofferdam construction and foundation construction. The cofferdam shall be dismantled after the foundation, abutment and pier being constructed above the water level in order not to block the waterway and the stream. Double wall steel cofferdam is one of the widely used waterproofing cofferdam for the construction of deep bridge foundation.In this paper, associating with the deepwater foundation construction practices I participated in which include Zishui Bridge on Zhuliu multiple line and the Huaihe River Railway Bridge from K831 of Jingpu line to Bengbu station, I discuss the deepwater bridge construction difficulty—cofferdam construction under the condition of low capped pile foundation . It elaborates the double-wall steel cofferdam construction technology in detail and propose related problems which should be paid attention to in the construction course. There is a creative mentality in Construction technology, namely using the annular channel excavation on the deepwater river bed surface, which adopts a new construction technology aiming at the construction characteristics that there is no overburden layer on the river bed surface in the position of 42# pillar foundation. Meanwhile the high pressure jet grouting technique is used in the deepwater steel cofferdam construction, which is an exploration and development to the high pressure jet grouting technique.Moreover, in different geological, hydrological and environmental conditions of the construction site, elaborate in detail how to choose the reasonable processing and the assembling method of steel cofferdam, determine the sinkage and the back-cover scheme, and promptly solve problems encountered by the construction. At the same time, in order to minimize investment, reduce the cost of the project, the construction measures and programs of deepwater foundation must be based on local conditions. Associating with the summary analysis to the construction practices of double-wall steel cofferdam construction in the two different hydrological and geological conditions--the mountainous area rivers and the plain area rivers, propose the construction methods applied under different environments and conditions. To reduce the cost and ensure the smooth progress of the construction, my own views are proposed, and the in-depth discussion is also carried out.
