铁路客运专线接触网系统工程技术的研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济建设的高速发展,大规模修建客运专线已经开始。作为详细的实施方案,接触网系统的相关工程技术方案,包括主要技术规格参数、关键工程技术方案和接口设计等必须尽快完成标准定型。虽然有前期的科研基础和部分建设经验,但与世界水平尤其是与发达国家的技术水平还存在着很大差距,因此,根据我国的气象环境条件及我国铁路客运专线系统特有的技术条件,对铁路客运专线触网系统工程技术进行研究十分必要。铁路客运专线接触网系统工程技术的研究是以我国多年研究成果为基础,结合铁道部客运专线四电系统集成工作、客运专线国际咨询成果以及与国外技术交流成果,参照采用欧洲最新技术动态如TSI、EN50119及IEC、UIC最新国际技术标准,重点借鉴了法国的地中海线接触网、德国的Re330及SiCatH 1.0接触网和西班牙EAC-350接触网工程的建设经验,研究我国铁路客运专线接触网系统的工程技术需要重点解决的问题,重点研究了接触网-受电弓系统受流质量评价的标准、接触网悬挂类型及系统主要技术参数、接触线类型的选择、接触网支柱及基础类型、接触网电分相形式及自动过分相方式、接触网的主要装配形式和主要器材的选型、道岔处接触网布置方式、接触网系统的接地防雷及安全防护、接触网系统设计的相关接口设计等课题,提出了系列接触网标准及相关技术方案,为客运专线接触网系统工程设计、四电系统集成提供参考。
【Abstract】 With the high speed development of the economy construction in China, the massive construction of the passenger dedicated lines has already started. As the detailed implementation solution, the technical solution of ocs system which include main technical parameter, the critical technical solution, the interface design and so on should be completed in the standardization as soon as possible. The difference is very large between the world technical level especially developed country level and the domestic level although with the previous scientific research base and part of construction experience. Therefore, the study on ocs system technique of the PDL according to the weather environment in China and the Chinese own technique of PDL is very necessary.The engineering design technology study of OCS system of the DPL is based on the many years production of system study in china, combined the work on electric power , electrization , telecommunication and signal system integration PDL of MOR, international consultation and overseas technical communication of PDL, refer to and adopt the latest technical developments, just as TSI,EN50119, ICE and UIC which are the latest international technical standard, especially used the project construct experience of Med lines in France, Re330 in Germany, SiCatH1.0 standard Ocs, EAC350 in Spain for reference, the study on the crucial problem to be solved for the engineering technology of the Chinese passenger dedicated lines includes main topics such as the current collection quality evaluate interaction between pantograph and contact line, standard of check and accept, the selection of contact line’s types, the mast and the foundation of the mast type, the mode of self-motion pass the dead section, the main assembly mode of ocs and the selection of main components, the lay mode turnout, earthing and thunder preventing and safety of ocs. Some series of standard and the technical project of ocs are presented in the paper, which provides the reference for the engineering design of PDL OCS and electric power, electrization, telecommunication and signal system integration.
