组件技术在门户系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 信息技术的飞速发展,为各个大学信息化建设提供了机遇和条件,校园网上运行的办公自动化、综合教务管理、人力资源、网络教学、综合信息服务等各个应用系统中的信息数据呈离散式分布,缺乏相应的整合与管理,处在无序或无效状态,致使学校内部各个系统的数据成了一个个独立的“信息孤岛”;另一方面由于各个信息系统里都存在大量数据冗余,导致信息获取效率低。上述现象影响了学校各部门之间的沟通交流,影响了学校对各种问题做出及时正确的决策。建立信息门户系统,对信息资源和应用系统进行管理和整合,统一控制用户对信息资源和应用系统的访问,为用户提供集成的访问入口,并根据用户身份提供满足其需求的特定信息资源和业务数据,为用户提供个性化的服务。已经成为学校信息化进程中必然的一步,是进一步整合学校信息资源,提高信息化水平的一个重要阶段。本文在分析高校信息化现状和存在问题的基础上,借鉴企业信息门户建设的思想,结合各高等院校信息化现状,分析了如何基于BEA WebLogic Portal平台来实现高校信息门户系统。文章介绍了门户系统相关基础知识,阐述了基于组件软件开发方法的高校信息门户系统开发过程,主要包括门户产品的选型、总体架构的方案设计并针对E-Learning这个数字化教学子系统的设计实现进行了详细的描述。在文章的最后探讨了门户系统中的几项关键技术在BEAWebLogic Potrtal平台上的实现。

【Abstract】 The development of information technique offer opportunity to the building of the university digitization, information data in various application Information System such as Office Automation, Educational Administration, Human resources, Information services has been separated from one another, waiting in integration and management in the no-sequence or ineffectiveness state, which formed many "information isolated island"; Besides, accumulated large data redundancies resulted in lower effective communication between the departments and making the right decision for various problems of school in time. In order to manage information resources and integration systems, centralized control of users with the information resources and provided to meet specific needs and information resources data, offers personalized services. Building information portal has been an inevitable step in university information process and also an important phase in integrating university information resource to improve information digitization level.Based on the analysis of the status and problems in college information .This paper analyze how to establish information portal by Bea Weblogic Portal stage. This paper introduces the basic knowledge related portal system, expounded the component-based software development methods College Information Portal system development process, including the selection of portal products, the overall structure of the program design and E-Learning for the teaching of digital subsystem design achieving a detailed description. In the final article of the portal system in several key technology in BEA WebLogic Portal platform can be achieved.
