某大型科学工程恒温水系统的设计调试与传热特性分析

【摘要】 随着科学的发展,许多学科都需要在某些极端条件下(如极高的温度、极大的压力、极强的电场和磁场等)对材料的物理性质进行研究。“上海光源”工程同步辐射装置(Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility,简称SSRF)就为此类科学研究提供了一个优良的实验平台。它除了支持基础研究和应用研究外,还对科技进步、产业发展和生产力的提高起到直接的促进作用。由于该实验装置对温度及其精度控制要求较为特殊,因此,本文通过大量的文献阅读、国内外资料检索以及实验调试数据采集,在工程进展所允许的范围内,对该大型实验设施的恒温水系统做了较为深入的分析和研究。首先,通过直接参与部分设施的设计及调试,对整个“上海光源”大型科学实验装置从结构、实验原理、温度要求、科研应用和社会意义等几方面着手,进行了详尽而深入的调查研究。其次,对实验设施的恒温水系统,从系统构成、温度及精度要求等几方面进行了较为详细的分析和研究。同时,结合所取得的一系列实验调试数据,对冷热兑水和电加热器加热这两种恒温控制方案进行了一定的分析和比较,并总结出两者各自的优缺点及适用场合。第三,选取直线加速器系统为研究对象,在对实践调研中所取得的试验及调试数据进行整理和分析的基础上,分别对试验预研阶段所采用的冷热兑水方案,以及实际工程中所采用的电加热方案这两种恒温水系统各自的调试运行情况进行了分析和研究。并在此基础上,分别总结了两种恒温方式存在的主要问题和不足。第四,借助有限元分析软件,对加速管内部的温度分布情况以及变化趋势进行研究,在传热学原理的基础上,对单根加速管进行了一定的传热研究和分析,通过考察加速管在稳态传热情况下,管体温度的分布和变化趋势,了解和掌握加速管横向和纵向两方面的热量传递以及温度分布情况,并进一步揭示恒温系统的温度波动对加速管管体所产生的影响,从而为更好地控制和调节整个恒温水系统的恒温温度及精度,确保整个粒子加速器实验装置的正常工作和运行提供理论分析及依据。

【Abstract】 Along with the science development, many disciplines all need under certain extreme condition (for example extremely high temperature, enormous pressure, extremely high electric field and magnetic field and so on) conduct the research to the material physical property. Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility provides a good experimental workbench for these kinds of scientific research. It not only supports basic research and applied research, but also to advance in technology, industrial development and productive forces enhancement direct promoter action.Because this test installation is special to the temperature and the precision control request, therefore, this article through massive literature reading, the domestic and foreign material retrieval as well as the experiment debugs the data acquisition, progresses in the scope in the project which permits, has made a more thorough analysis and the research to this large-scale experiment facility constant temperature aqueous system.First, through the direct participation partial facility design and the debugging, from the structure, the experimental principle, the temperature request, the scientific research application and the social significance and so on several aspects begins, the author conducts exhaustive and thorough investigation and study on the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation large-scale scientific experiment instrument.Next, from the system constitution, the temperature and the precision request and so on several aspects, the author has carried on a more detailed analysis and the research to the experimental facility constant temperature cooling aqueous system. At the same time, unifies a series of experiments which obtains to debug the data, the author carries on certain analysis and comparison on two different kinds of constant temperature control plan. One is using heaters to heat up the temperature of the water to the require point, the other is to mix two lines of water with different temperature to acquire the water temperature needed. And then, she also summarized both respective good and bad points and the suitable situation.Third, the selection linear accelerator system is the object of study, in to practices the experiment and the debugging data which in the investigation and study obtains carries on the reorganization and in the analysis foundation, to experiments separately coldly hotly exchanges the water plan which the advanced research stage uses, as well as in the actual project uses the electric heating plan-these two kind of constant temperature cooling aqueous system respective debugging movement situation has carried on the analysis and the research. And in this foundation, the author separately summarized two kinds of constant temperature way existence main question and the insufficiency.Fourth, with the aid of the finite element analysis software, this paper conducts the research to the accelerating tube internal temperature distribution situation as well as the change tendency, In heat transfer theory principle foundation, carried on certain heat transfer to the simple root accelerating tube to study and to analyze, through inspected the accelerating tube in the heat transfer in steady state situation, in the tube the temperature distribution and the change tendency, understood and grasping accelerating tube crosswise and longitudinal two aspect thermal transmission as well as temperature distribution situation, and further promulgated the constant temperature system the temperature fluctuation the influence which produced to the accelerating tube body, thus for well the control and the adjustment entire constant temperature aqueous system constant temperature and the precision, guaranteed the entire particle accelerator test installation the normal work and the movement provides the theoretical analysis and the basis.
