【摘要】 当今世界环境十大问题中,大气污染问题是其中最重要的问题之一。大气污染对人及生物会造成不同程度的危害。大气污染的防治已经成为各国各地区进行环境保护,走可持续发展之路的关键环节。而城市是人们生产和生活聚集的中心,是能源和资源、物流相对集中的区域,研究城市区域的大气污染现状可以为改善城市规划布局、提高空气质量以及增强人民的身体健康提供参考和帮助。本次研究是通过对武汉“文化城”阅马场区段大气污染状况进行调查研究,从一个侧面了解说明武汉大气污染的状况,可以为今后的大气控制和防治工作提供一定的参考价值。本次论文针对武汉市“文化城”阅马场区段大气污染日益严重的情况,从武汉市自然环境和社会经济环境出发,对武汉市“文化城”阅马场区段的大气污染物特征进行分析:按照大气污染源空间分布特点,将大气污染源分为流动污染源、固定点污染源和固定面源出发,通过参观访问法、资料检索法、现场实测法和经验估计法等环境评价四种常用方法,对各污染源的污染物排放量及扩散浓度进行了分析,从而对“文化城”阅马场段大气环境现状、受污染程度进行评价,并结合武昌环境监测站紫阳大气环境监测点监测的各污染物浓度,得出该区域大气污染状况,同时统计出各污染源的主要污染物,并从地形、气象条件和污染物特征分析了该区域的大气污染成因。武汉市“文化城”阅马场区段按照空气环境功能区的划分为二类区,执行《空气环境质量标准》的二级标准。但是根据实际的研究,该区域的流动污染源排放的污染物NOx会出现部分时段超标排放情况,同时该区段的TSP的浓度也是超标的。因此根据研究的结果,提出以下防治对策:1采取有效措施,改善道路交通状况;2改善能源结构和控制技术;3加强扬尘治理;4搞好城市绿化工作,强化基础设施建设;5加强环境教育,提高环境意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays in the ten greatest environmental problems of world, the air pollution problem is most among them one of the problem of importance. The air pollution can create the varying degree to the human and the biology the harm. Air pollution preventing and controlling already became the various countries’ various areas to carry on the environmental protection, walked road of the sustainable development key link. But the city is the people produces with the life accumulation center, is the energy and the resources, the physical distribution relative centralism region, studies the air pollution present situation of the city region to be possible for to improve the urban planning layout, to improve the air quality as well as strengthens people’s health to provide the reference and the help.
