【摘要】 加入WTO后,我国正进一步融入世界经济全球化的大潮中。我国企业将在国内、国际市场上与国外企业同台竞争,并在竞争中寻求发展壮大。作为企业管理重要组成部分的设备管理也需要创新提升,更需要企业结合自身的特点改革设备管理体制,积极采取新的设备管理模式,开创企业设备管理新局面,降低设备运行成本,提高设备管理的经济效益。提高设备管理的能力和水平对于提高企业整体管理能力、提高企业市场竞争地位、适应企业所处环境的不断变化有着十分重要的意义。本文对华泰公司的设备管理状况进行了深入的调查和研究,分析了该公司在设备前期管理、使用管理、维修管理、备件管理等方面存在的一些问题。通过运用现代设备管理先进理论和方法,理论和实践相结合,提出了建立适应华泰公司自身实际情况的以可靠性为中心的综合设备管理模式,着重对华泰公司的设备规划管理、设备使用管理、设备维修管理、设备备件管理,设备信息管理等进行了详细的分析和研究,论文还对设备管理评价指标体系进行了设计,并建立了设备管理水平评价模型,利用模糊综合评价法对公司的设备管理水平进行定量评价。最后为了保证该模式的顺利实施,论文从组织结构和人力资源管理等方面也提出了一些保障措施。论文选取了华泰公司作为研究对象,通过实施华泰公司以可靠性为中心的综合设备管理,必将提高整个华泰公司设备系统的可靠性,提升设备管理决策水平,增强企业的核心竞争力,为企业走可持续发展道路打下了坚实的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 After joining in the World Trade Organization, China is going with the tideway of the global economy all the world. The company of China will compete with the transnational corporation and search after development in domestic and international markets. As one of the important component of the Company Management, Equipment Management is also need to be developed. In order to reduce the cost of the plant and reflect the economic effect of the Equipment Management, the company should reform the Equipment Management system, create and adopt a new Equipment Management situation.This text to the equipments of the Hua Tai company management the condition carried on thorough of investigate and research, analysis should company before equipments period management, usage management, maintain management, spare parts management etc. existence of some problem.
