手持式终端平台的设计

The Design of Handheld Terminal Platform

【摘要】 近年来,电子技术、信息技术、硬件技术相结合的嵌入式技术发展迅速。手持式终端设备在工业、军事、民用领域应用广泛。本文根据嵌入式开发方法设计了一种终端平台,并结合我国物流业发展趋势和信息化的需求,引入RFID射频识别技术,设计实现了面向物流管理的应用。在硬件方面,根据功能需求,详细研究了低层嵌入式CPU核心及其选型,结合必要的接口搭起了硬件平台构架,选择采用了亿道公司的XSBase255开发板,最后给出了硬件结构图。软件方面,根据嵌入式系统的开发方法,首先建立起基于ARM和Linux的交叉编译环境,接着按照从下而上的开发顺序,针对硬件进行低层系统引导程序代码移植;在内核开发方面,分析了Linux内核源码结构,针对硬件功能对操作系统内核进行了裁剪并加入了相关驱动程序,分别移植了MTD,AC97和CS8900A网卡等驱动程序;引入了嵌入式数据库,建立了数据模型;然后对应用程序的开发和移植进行了阐述,将数据库建立的数据模型转变为程序交互的数据结构,便于各程序间的具体操作;最后将嵌入式数据库,应用程序以及必要的命令制作成文件系统,并将该文件系统移植到平台的flash存储器中。本终端的设计旨在提高物流效率,降低物流成本和工人劳动强度,减少管理中的差错。文章最后对未来平台的扩展进行了展望。

【Abstract】 In recent years, electronic technology, information technology, combining hardware technology embedded technology is developing rapidly. Hand-held terminal equipment in the industrial, military and civilian fields widely used. Based Embedded Development designed a terminal platform and the logistics industry in China and the development trend of information technology demand, the introduction of RFID technology, Design and implementation of logistics-oriented management applications.On the hardware side, based on the functional needs, detailed study of low-level embedded CPU and selection, the core with the necessary interface hardware platform erected on the framework, to choose a YiDao company XSBase255 Development Board, Finally the hardware chart is given. Software, according to embedded system development methodology, First established based on ARM Linux and cross-compiler environment, and then from the bottom to the top development order, against lower hardware boot code transplantation; In the kernel development, analysis of Linux kernel source structure, Hardware functions in the operating system kernel and the reduction related to the driver, Transplantation of MTD , the CS8900A net card, AC97and other driver; introduction of the embedded database, established a data model; Then the application development and porting of them. The database data models into interactive process the data structure to facilitate the procedures for the specific operation; finally, embedded database, application and the necessary order to create a file system, the file system will be transplanted to the platform flash memory.The design of the terminal in improving the efficiency of logistics and reduce logistics costs and the labor intensity and reduce management errors. Finally, the platform for the future expansion of the paper.
