三倍体毛白杨低硬度化学制浆及其高白度漂白的研究

【摘要】 本论文以三倍体毛白杨为研究对象,利用简单预处理技术和常规蒸煮相结合的方法制备低硬度NaOH-AQ浆,并对该浆的氧脱木素、强化氧脱木素、TCF、ECF高白度漂白进行了实验研究,为利用三倍体毛白杨生产更高质量的化学浆提供技术支持和理论依据。分别利用高温汽蒸预处理、高温黑液预浸与螺旋挤压相结合预处理、热水和螺旋挤压相结合预处理技术对三倍体毛白杨木片进行预处理,随后利用NaOH-AQ法进行蒸煮实验。结果表明,采用优化的预处理条件和蒸煮工艺条件,NaOH-AQ浆的卡伯值可以降至15以下,而纸浆的强度指标几乎没有下降,实现了三倍体毛白杨的低硬度、高强度化学浆的制备。对得到的低硬度NaOH-AQ浆进行了氧脱木素和强化氧脱木素纸浆性能的研究,结果表明,低硬度三倍体毛白杨NaOH-AQ浆的氧脱木素和强化氧脱木素的纸浆性能良好,在较佳的氧脱木素和强化氧脱木素工艺条件下,氧脱木素后纸浆能保持较高的纸浆粘度和纸浆得率。利用强化氧脱木素和H2O2漂白相结合的技术,采用(Q/Op)QP漂序,对三倍体毛白杨低硬度NaOH-AQ浆进行了全无氯(TCF)高白度漂白实验,在较佳的漂白工艺条件下,漂后浆的白度高达82%ISO,纸浆的粘度保持在700ml/g以上。采用ODED和OpDQP漂序对三倍体毛白杨低硬度NaOH-AQ浆进行了无元素氯(ECF)高白度漂白实验。经过ODED漂序漂白后,纸浆的白度达到85.6%ISO,粘度701ml/g,经过OPDQP漂序漂白后,纸浆的白度达到88.3%ISO,粘度681ml/g。这两种漂序的可操作性强,适合低硬度NaOH-AQ浆的ECF漂白,并且纸浆手抄片的物理强度较高,能够满足生产高档纸张的要求。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对三倍体毛白杨低硬度NaOH-AQ浆、氧脱木素浆、强化氧脱木素浆、TCF漂白浆、ODED漂白浆、OPDQP漂白浆进行了分析,对其漂白机理做了初步探讨。最后,选用H2SO4和HCl分别活化稳态ClO2对三倍体毛白杨的化学浆进行了漂白实验。结果表明,其漂白效果主要与pH值有关,而与酸的种类无关。

【Abstract】 In the paper, the NaOH-AQ pulp with low-kappa number from the triploid of tomentosa was obtained by simple pretreatment and conventional cooking. Oxygen delignification, strengthened oxygen delignification, TCF and ECF high brightness bleaching of triploid of populus tomentosa of NaOH-AQ pulp with lower kappa was studied in lab, which would offer support for producing high quality chemical pulps in technology and mechanisms.The experiment research on high temperature steaming pretreatment, high temperature black liquor pretreatment, screw extrusion after precooking with black liquor or hot water as the cooking pretreatment was carried out in NaOH-AQ cooking or Kraft pulp cooking with lower kappa number. Under keeping yield invariable, the kappa number was below 15 and extended delignification of the triploid of populus tomentosa was realized.The research work on oxygen delignification and strengthened oxygen delignification of triploid of populus tomentosa of NaOH-AQ pulp with lower kappa number indicated that the oxygen delignification and strengthened oxygen delignification pulp which have better viscosity, lower kappa number and high brightness and yield under the optimal technics conditions.The experiment research on TCF high brightness bleaching of the NaOH-AQ pulp with low-kappa number from the triploid of tomentosa with strengthened oxygen delignification and H2O2 bleaching technique was studied by (Q/Op)QP sequence. Under the better technique conditions, the brightness of bleaching pulp could reach 82%ISO and the pulp keep relatively high strength.The bleachability of low kappa number Soda-AQ pulp of trioploid of tomentosa were studied by using oxygen delignification, H2O2 bleaching in the oxygen pressure(shortened form Op)and ClO2 bleaching. The pulp with the brightness of 85.6%ISO and viscosity of 701ml/g could be obtained by ODED bleaching sequence and the brightness of 88.3%ISO and viscosity of 681ml/g could be obtained by OPDQP bleaching sequence. The results show that the two bleaching sequences are suitable for low kappa number NaOH-AQ pulp of the trioploid of tomentosa. The strenth properties of the hand sheets from the ODED and OpDQP bleached pulps were high enough for the production of high grade paper. The bleaching principium of oxygen delignification pulp, strengthened oxygen delignification pulp, TCF bleaching pulp, ODED bleaching and OPDQP bleaching of triploid of populus tomentosa of NaOH-AQ pulp with lower kappa number was researched by infrared spectrum.Finally,the NaOH-AQ pulp of trioploid of tomentosa was bleached using the chlorine dioxide which was activated by hydrochloric acid and sulfur acid respectively. The similar bleached pulp properties were obtained under the different acid activation and the same time, temperature and chemical dosages etc. It was possible that the bleaching effect of activated chlorine dioxide just related with pH value.
