【摘要】 工作压力的研究是一门综合性交叉学科，涉及到组织行为学、劳动经济学、应用心理学、人力资源学科、以及健康学等多个学科。对于压力与环境、压力与控制程度、压力与健康等问题的研究，国际上已有若干相关的模型，并且这些模型正在不断的完善之中。然而对于压力传播和扩散的理论及方法研究，目前国内外的研究相对较少，也未见到相关的数学模型，也就是说还没有可以应用的定量化模型，用来评价工作压力的传播与扩散效应对单位及社会所造成的影响、危害等情况。因此本文从人力资源管理的角度来对此问题进行相关的研究，重点研究工作压力的产生及其传播扩散的途径，以及对企业、社会的危害性。目前压力管理研究一般都是针对一个企业，一个组织，或一个群体，研究实现有效管理的理论和方法。但是压力的社会性以及对其他个体产生的影响目前没有很好的理论模型，本文探讨性地提出了工作压力的社会性问题，并在流行病传播模型的基础上给出了压力传播的社会性模型，描述了工作压力传播的动态过程，数值试验表明模型在一定程度上可以有效描述压力在社会上的传播与扩散的一些规律性。这些论证说明了压力的社会效应，拓宽了压力管理的研究范围，使压力研究逐步向可操作、可定量化评价运算发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of working stress involves a wide range of disciplines, such as organization behavior, labor economics, applied psychology, human resource, health science and so on. As for the problems between stress and circumstance, stress and control degree, and stress and health, some effective models have been established, and furthermore, the models are on the way of improvement. However, the research on stress spread and proliferation has not developed into a systematic discipline so far, in other words, there is no practical theory proposed to evaluate the society harm of the working stress. This thesis investigates stress spread and proliferation as viewed from human resource management. It focuses on the working stress’ generation and spread, and its harm to enterprise, work circumstance and society.Generally, working stress research only pay attention to one enterprise or one organization, however, the society harm of working stress is neglected. The thesis discusses the society harm problem of working stress, and proposes a stress spread model based on epidemic model. Experimental results of numerical examples prove that the model can effectively describe the rule of working stress spread in society. The research explains the society impact of working stress, extends the research field of working stress management, and enlightens the control and management methods for some kinds of working stresses with uncertain origins.更多还原
