湖南六建装饰公司员工薪酬管理体系研究

【摘要】 在现代市场经济中,薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理中最主要最敏感的管理环节之一,对企业的竞争能力有着举足轻重的影响。在长期的管理实践中,由于我国企业在人力资源管理方面经验的积累时间很短,再加之企业对这方面的管理工作重视不够,人力资源管理的基础性工作存在严重缺陷,由于分配不公引起的企业薪酬矛盾越来越突出。湖南六建装饰公司创建于1983年,经过二十余年的发展,公司形成了多元化经营的全国一流装饰品牌企业。当前,湖南六建装饰公司的发展正迈入关键时刻,如何应对装饰行业国内外的激烈竞争,在市场的夹缝中求得生存并不断的发展壮大,成为企业必须面对的一个迫切问题。而公司原有的薪酬管理体系已不能适应企业发展的需要,存在许多问题和缺陷,严重影响员工积极性的发挥,造成高素质人才的流失,制约了企业的进一步发展。本研究以湖南六建装饰公司员工的薪酬管理体系为研究对象,首先对薪酬管理体系的相关理论进行综述,结合湖南六建装饰公司的实际情况和员工薪酬满意度调查对公司原有的薪酬管理体系进行诊断分析,找出其存在的主要问题并分析其原因。在此基础上,运用最新的薪酬设计理论与方法,对湖南六建装饰公司员工薪酬管理体系进行改进。最后,对员工新的薪酬管理体系进行了实施与评估,并指出了其不足之处。本文综合运用了岗位评价、全面薪酬、宽带薪酬等多种理论与方法进行薪酬管理体系的改进,设计了适合湖南六建装饰公司实际情况的员工薪酬管理体系,方案的设计对其他同业界的装饰设计公司同样具有借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 In the modern market economy, compensation management is the most important and sensitive taches of human resources management and has the influence to the enterprise’s competitive ability. In long-term management practice, due to lack of experiences in human resource management and pay no attention to it, there exist serious problems in the foundational work of human resource management. The compensation conflict becomes more and more prominent.The Decoration Design Co. Ltd of No.6 Construction Company (Hunan Province) was founded in 1983. After more than 20 years development, the company has formed a diversified-line decoration company among the first-class National brand enterprises. At present, the company is at a crucial moment and how to handle the competition in decoration industry at home and abroad is a pressing problem. The old compensation management system can no longer meet the needs of enterprise development and there exist many problems and defects. It seriously oppresses the personnel enthusiasm and causes the brain drain. As a result, it limits the company’s long-term development.This paper carrying on the discussion of compensation management system in The Decoration Design Co. Ltd of Hunan Province No.6 Construction Company, with the basic theory research of compensation management and the domestic and foreign compensation related empirical literatures find out the problems and settle it. Based on the above analyses, the new compensation management system is designed to make use of the newest compensation design theory and methods. In the end, we implement and evaluate the new compensation management system and note its shortcomings.The paper uses many theories such as job evaluation, broadband compensation etc. to improve the compensation management system and find out the compensation adjustment scheme which is suitable for Hunan Province No.6 Construction Company and also can be a referential experience to other decoration design company.
