【摘要】 进入二十一世纪,由于科技创新的不断发展,传统的服务业在开放经济的背景下所占的比重越来越少,基于知识的新型服务业将成为未来服务业发展的主流。随着第三产业内部结构不断深化,知识密集型服务业的发展已经成为国家或地区经济竞争的主要内容。知识密集型服务业对经济发展的影响作用不断强化,但目前国内对于知识密集型服务业及其对经济发展特别是地区经济发展的研究还非常缺乏。鉴于此,本文尝试探讨了知识密集型服务业的地区差异及其对地区经济差距的影响。本文采用规范与实证、定性与定量相结合的研究方法,综合运用区域经济学、产业经济学和经济增长等相关理论系统论证了知识密集型服务业影响地区经济增长的机理,实证地分析研究了中国知识密集型服务业的地区差异及其对地区经济增长的影响差异。论文在对知识密集型服务业的概念、特征及发展进行界定和分析描述的基础上,从创新和产业集聚两个角度系统论证了知识密集型服务业影响地区经济增长的机理。论文认为知识密集型服务业创新体系是提高区域经济竞争力和促进地区经济内产业结构升级的中坚力量,同时,知识密集型服务业产业集聚对于不同地区在产业结构调整中充分发挥地区知识密集型服务业发展的内在优势和比较优势有着巨大的作用。在上述理论分析基础上,论文运用因子分析方法对中国知识密集型服务业发展综合水平做出了评价,发现经济发达地区知识密集型服务业发展的整体水平仍居全国领先地位,中部知识密集型服务业的发展潜力巨大;论文还通过变异系数法度量了知识密集型服务业的地区差距,从动态角度考察了中国知识密集型服务业的整体发展水平和地区差异,发现中国知识密集型服务业在整体上处于增长的态势,但各地区知识密集型服务业增长并不均衡,同时,知识密集型服务业各地区之间发展也呈现出不均衡的发展态势。最后,论文结合面板数据模型,运用计量经济学分析方法,考察了中国东中西三大地带1995-2004年知识密集型服务业对三大地带经济增长的影响,发现知识密集型服务业在全国及各个地区的经济增长中都起到了积极的促进作用,这也印证了上文的分析结果。此外,进一步地揭示了中国知识密集型服务业对地区经济增长影响的差异,并对这些影响差异的形成做出了简要分析,提出了发展中国知识密集型服务业的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After entering the 21st century, with the ceaseless development of innovation of science and technology, the ratio of traditional service industry is declining, and meanwhile, knowledge-based new-type service industry is booming up, which is sure to be the mainstream of service industry in the future. Along with the evolvement of the interior structure-upgrade of the tertiary industry, the growing up of Knowledge-based Service Industry (KBSI) has become the main content of the country or a regional competition. And KBSI which is occupying more and more important position in economy society has become the increasing pole having no way to replace in regional economic growth, but the research on which is still in the initial stage at present, therefore, this paper tries to study the existed regional disparity of KBSI, and also discuss this regional disparity affects regional economies, which have already become the subject that a lot of scholars study nowadays.Having proved the mechanism that KBSI influences the regional economic growth in such relevant theories such as regional economics, industrial economics and economic growth synthetically used in this paper, we analyze the regional disparity of KBSI of our country and differences impacting on regional economic growth. Based on the fixed boundary and described analysis on the concept, characteristic and development of KBSI, this paper explores the mechanism of KBSI to economic growth. We indicate the precondition and basis of KBSI based on the angle of industrial Clusters; and then, we analyze that KBSI promotes the spread of knowledge among the different regions and different organizations or enterprises, further promotes economic growth. Secondly, we generalize the develop feathers of KBSI of our country based on the data analysis, and evaluate the comprehensive level of the development of KBSI of our country, we can discover that KBSI of developed regions are still in the lead position among the whole nation, and the development potential of the middle aera is enormous. And then, we calculate the regional differences of KBSI through the method of coefficient of variance. These indicate that KBSI is in the growing situation on the entirety, but the growth of three regions is not balanced, meanwhile, the unbalanced development of KBSI also exists between the three regions. Finally, through hanging together the panel data model and the econometric tools, this paper estimates the effects of KBSI to economic growth of the three regions from 1995 to 2004. Empirical conclusions suggest that there is a positively promotion existing between KBSI development level and economic growth, and these prove the conclusion of theoretical part of our study, it explains the differences of the effects of KBSI to the regional economic growth and analyses the brief effects for the differences, and then puts forward the related countermeasure. In the end, we conclude the whole paper, and give the politic suggestion.更多还原
