【摘要】 本文采用理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法探讨大学生自尊的培养与维护的问题。首先对自尊的相关理论进行阐述，其次对大学生进行了自尊水平的测试，将自尊问卷调查的数据进行系统地汇总，详尽地分析大学生自尊的现状及个人的性格、能力、家庭、学校管理水平及实力对自尊的影响。再次，针对大学生常见的自尊异常的心理，详细地分析其具体表现及形成原因，提出有效的防治方法。最后，提出如何培养和维护大学生自尊的有效途径和具体方法，主要方法有四个：思想政治教育、心理健康教育、优化育人环境和自我调节。具体途径有家庭教育、学校教育、社会实践和自我教育法等，为大学生培养健全的自尊提供了新的理论观点和方法。本文旨在通过对大学生自尊现状的研究，探索出一条健全大学生自尊的新思路、新方法，对加强大学生心理健康教育和思想政治教育起到一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis, adopting the theoretical and empirical research methods, explores the issue of college students’ self-esteem cultivation and maintenance. To begin with, it expounds some theories relative to self-esteem. Next, it tests the college students’ self-esteem level, systematically collects the data from self-esteem paper investigation, and elaborates the present situation of college students’ self-esteem and the influence on it from the perspectives of individual’s personality and ability, family and school administration level and capability in great detail. Besides, in view of the common abnormal self-esteem of college students, it carefully analyzes the concrete forms and the reasons and puts forward effective prevention methods. Finally, this thesis comes up with the effective means and ways on how to cultivate and maintain college students’ self-esteem. There are four major means, including family education, school education, social practice and self-education. The concrete ways cover ideological and political education, psychological health education, optimizing education environment and self-adjusting, etc., offering new theoretical viewpoints and approaches for cultivating healthy self-esteem of college students.This thesis aims at, by conducting research on the present situation of college students’ self-esteem, exploring new thoughts and new methods for improving it and playing a role in strengthening college students’ psychological health education and ideological and political education.更多还原
