卧龙磁浮列车试验线牵引供电系统的研究

【摘要】 牵引供电系统是磁悬浮铁路的核心技术之一,牵引供电系统把民用电力网的电能,经过降压,整流,逆变,转化为电压频率可控的输出电源,驱动长定子直线电机定子段上的悬浮车辆,按运行控制系统设定的运行速度运动。磁浮列车的驱动原理及其结构特点,导致了牵引供电系统对直线同步电机长定子绕组的特殊的供电方式,即进行分段供电。本文以上海磁浮列车示范线为原型,进行了牵引供电系统的研究,并设计了用于卧龙磁浮列车试验线的牵引供电系统。根据试验线的实际情况,重点对牵引供电系统有关设备进行了选择和设计,并采用西门子公司的S7-300为控制器。结合定子段的供电切换方式和与运控系统的通信,给出了牵引供电控制系统的软件方案和程序流程。牵引供电控制系统和运控系统以主从方式进行PROFIBUS-DP通信连接,根据运控系统的命令进行相应操作并回复应答报文。基于通信的需要,同时对PROFIBUS现场总线通信方式在S7-300中的实现进行了研究。最后,对所做的工作进行了总结,并提出了下一步的工作展望。卧龙磁浮列车试验线已完成设计并初步实现,牵引供电系统也已经在试验线部分路段上进行了试运行,达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 Traction power supply system is one of the core technologies in maglev railway. It gets energy from the civilian power grid and lowers its voltage, though rectifier and inverter, supply power with variable voltage and variable frequency to drive the maglev train above the long-stator linear motor’s stator section, running on the speed configured by the operation control system. Propulsion principle and its structure character of maglev, results in the special power supply mode for linear synchronous motor with long stators which means sectional power supply, through traction power supply system.Based on the Shanghai Maglev Demonstration Line, this paper studied on the traction power supply system, and designed it for the Wolong Maglev Test Line. Under the actual situation of the Test Line, it focused on equipment selection and design, for the traction power supply system, and used S7-300 of Siemens as the controller. According to the power supply switching mode for the stator sections and communication with the operation control system, it designed software scheme for the traction power supply control system and gave program flow chart. Traction power supply control system communicated with the operation control system by PROFIBUS-DP Master/Server mode, and based on the orders from the operation control system, did corresponding operation and revert the reply message. Ground on the communication needs, meanwhile, PROFIBUS Fieldbus communication methods in S7-300 were studied. Finally, summarized the done work, and gave the prospects of the work next step.Wolong Maglev Test Line had been designed and realized. Traction power supply system also had operated on some road sections, and reached the requirement of design.
