基于IEC61850的变电站自动化系统的应用研究

【摘要】 我国变电站自动化技术经过十多年的发展已经达到一定的水平。如今新建变电站,无论电压等级高低,基本采用变电站自动化系统。许多老变电站也通过改造实现变电站自动化。变电站自动化化技术的广泛采用提高了电网建设的现代化水平,增强了输配电和电网调度的能力,降低了变电站建设的总造价。随着智能化开关、光电式电流电压互感器、一次运行设备在线状态检测、变电站运行操作培训仿真等技术日趋成熟,以及计算机高速网络在实时系统中的开发应用,IEC61850全套标准的颁布实施,变电站中所有信息的采集、传输和处理全数字化的变电站将成为变电站自动化建设的必然趋势。文章首先介绍了变电站自动化的发展历程及IEC对变电站自动化定义的基本概念,分析了变电站自动化系统现状及其局限性,然后深入分析了IEC61850系列标准及其特点,对基于IEC61850的变电站自动化系统的国内外研究现状及具体应用进行了分析,包括非常规互感器、网络通信技术、智能断路器等的基本特点,重点研究了数字化变电站信息的安全性及具体对策。文章的最后,分析并指出了IEC61850应用中的难点和局限性。
【Abstract】 Substation automation technology in China has reached a well level after 10 years of development. Currently, nearly all new substations implement substation automation systems despite of their different voltage levels, and many old substations will achieve substation automation by reconstruction. The wide use of substation automation technology improves the modernization of the power grid construction, enhances the abilities of transmission, distribution and power grid dispatching, and reduces the overall cost of the substation construction. With the gradually developed technologies of intelligent switches, photoelectric current-voltage transformers, online detection of the primary operation equipments and the training simulation of the substation operation, the application development of the high-speed computer network in the real-time systems, and the implementation of the IEC 61850 standard set, the digital substation, which collects, transmits and processes all digital information, will become an inevitable trend.This paper firstly describes the development process of the substation automation and the basic concepts of the definition of the substation automation in EC, analyses the status and limitations of the substation automation systems. Then, IEC 61850 series standard and its characteristics are further analyzed. Also, it analyses the research status and specific applications of the IEC61850-based substation automation systems, including the basic characteristics of the unconventional transformers, network communication technology and intelligent breakers, focusing on the information security and specific Countermeasures of the digital substations. In the end, it discusses the difficulties and the limitations in the IEC 61850 applications.
