海天公司的发展战略研究

【摘要】 本文研究的问题是企业在激烈的市场竞争中,应该如何进行战略管理以保持企业的可持续发展。企业经过原始积累以后,必然会追求进一步的发展,伴随着企业的不断成长,企业在经营管理的过程中必然会遇到许多难以预料的问题,这都会影响企业的可持续发展,本论文将从战略的高度研究企业如何为自己定位以便准确把握自己的未来。研究方法是SWOT和波士顿矩阵分析模型。本文的结构是首先介绍战略管理的理论,即企业战略的三部曲——战略分析、战略选择和战略实施;接下来介绍了注塑和模具行业的现状、与国外行业的差距、未来发展的重点或趋势等等;然后详细介绍海天公司的发展历程和现状,并运用前面提到的战略管理理论对海天进行剖析;最后得出海天的公司层战略、经营层战略、职能级战略,并制定战略实施的方案。中国国内经济持续稳定发展,海天公司所处的注塑和模具行业也在迅速发展,但是海天公司最近两年一直处于维持阶段,为何处于快速发展行业中的海天反而停滞不前呢?原因很简单,海天从来没有从战略管理的高度去认真考虑企业的何去何从。本文运用国内外科学的战略管理理论,对海天进行了详细的分析,总结得出海天如何走出低谷的战略规划。通过研究深深的体会到处于不同发展阶段的企业必须采取不同的战略,而且不同层次的企业战略也是不同的。此项研究不仅仅是解决海天企业所面临的问题,也提醒众多象海天一样还没有战略思想的企业早日规划企业的未来。本文的研究将对许多企业战略和业务组合战略不明确的公司十分具有借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 This paper will focus on a study that which strategy should be taken by one company named HAITIAN in order to keep continuous development on keen competed market. Many managers face kinds of difficulties on strategy management when their companies grow to a huge size, eg.which direction should we go on and how to get there? The research approaches on the study are to create SWOT and BCG models through which we can find something of the company that would be different from other competitors, such as advantage, opportunity, weakness, threat, special competitive power.The structure of the paper will be presented here to readers so as to make them clear to understand my views. This paper will be divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 and chapter 2,we will introduce strategy management theory firstly. Chapter 3 will tell readers detailed information of injection and mold industry which HAITIAN engaged in. Chapter 4 will talk about past and current story of HAITIAN. Chapter 5 will apply SWOT and BCG models to analyze HAITIAN group and injection and mold industry. At last, Chapter 6 provides us many reasonable proposals of strategy management and several ways of action.Chinese economy keeps continuously stable development, injection and mold industry which HAITIAN located in also develop swiftly, why HAITIAN hangs about over there? The study explains the reason to readers why the development of HAITIAN is always at a standstill these years. The top management of HAITIAN did not realize the importance of strategy management and take into account management problem strategically. The paper not only gives HAITIAN a feasible direction, but also reminds some companies who did not have any strategy on management and business unit or not clear should think about it as soon as possible. This paper suggests me deeply that every company should adopt different strategies on different development stages and levels of management.
