【摘要】 在当今经济全球化趋势的推动下,市场竞争加剧,单一的企业在市场上竞争不可能赢得最终胜利。作为国内钢铁巨头之一的武钢也必须走供应链联盟的道路,才能为企业的持续发展提供坚实的保证。如何优化作为占用采购资金三分之一的洗煤的库存控制,并为进一步推广到其它物资的库存优化提供借鉴,便显得尤为重要。本文试图运用供应链下的库存控制方法理论和博弈论的方法,对武钢洗煤的库存优化作初步研究,针对现阶段存在的问题,对运用供应链方法解决问题作初步探讨。本文首先阐述了武钢面临的内外部环境的实际情况和选择本课题的必要性,提出了初步研究思路和方法。然后对供应链和库存管理的有关概念和研究情况做了简要介绍,并对供应链下的库存管理的几种主要方法的优缺点、适用情况进行了比较。同时也对武钢概况和洗煤采购库存管理情况和主要问题进行了分析,并提出了初步解决思路。在此基础上结合武钢、供应商和物流服务环境的特点对库存控制方法进行了选择,并对采用供应链库存管理方法后供应链的整体收益进行了初步分析。最后运用博弈论的有关理论对供应链联盟的稳定性和利益分配进行了说明,对进一步优化洗煤库存的供应链管理方法提出了初步思路和想法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the promoting of globalization, the competitions have been getting more and fiercer. There is no way to succeed under the terms of a single enterprise. Being one of magnates in steel industry in China, WISCO can do nothing but organize a Strategic Alliance under supply chain management which provides a solid guarantee for sustainable development. How to optimize method to inventory control of the coal washing which occupied one third of procurement funds, and to further promote the optimization of inventory to other materials, it appears to be particularly important. This paper attempts to use the supply chain inventory management theory to have preliminary study the coal washing inventory optimization and use the method to solve them aiming at the problems that existed at this stage.This thesis introduces the actual situation of WISCO and the necessity to choose this topic first. it also proposed research ideas and method. Then it introduces concept and profile about SCM and inventory control. On this basis it compares methods about their advantages and disadvantages as well as application situation. At the same time it analysis’s problems existing in coke-coal inventory control and give’s initial ideas to solve these problems. So it chooses a better method considering companies’, suppliers’and logistics services providers’reality, and then makes distribution to benefit sharing.
