【摘要】 物流外包源于企业核心竞争力理论在实践中的应用,指的是企业利用外部物流资源以最快适应环境变化和顾客需求的一种经营模式。实践证明,通过合理的物流外包,能够强化企业核心竞争力并降低运作成本。诚然,物流外包在给企业带来诸多好处的同时,也存在诸多风险,一旦风险处理不当,就难以实现企业物流外包的预期目的,甚至导致外包企业与物流服务提供商合作中断,物流外包业务彻底失败。同时,由于产品特性的差异,企业对于物流外包的需求并不尽相同,因而外包风险也存在较大差异,企业必须能够有效识别自身产品在物流外包过程中所特有的风险并寻求控制方法,才能合理规避控制风险。本论文选取产品特性作为研究切入点,探讨了时效性产品特性、时效性产品物流外包需求特性、时效性产品物流外包风险识别与控制。首先,从基本属性、市场竞争特性、市场需求特性、供应链特性及物流运作特性五个方面阐述时效性产品特性,从响应速度、变异性、低库存、持续质量改进、生命周期支持及物流目标整合六个方面论述时效性产品物流外包的需求特性;其次,从风险形成过程和风险成因两方面识别时效性产品物流外包风险。在此基础上,设计了时效性产品物流外包风险的控制框架。最后,依据风险控制框架,通过机制建设、预警体系和合作博弈三个方面进行风险控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics outsourcing comes from the application of the core competence theory, means the enterprise using external logistics resources to help adapt to the circumstance changes and customer needs. It has been proved that through appropriate outsourcing, enterprise can strengthen its core competence and reduce operational costs. However, besides advantages, logistics outsourcing also brings risks, once handled in the wrong way, it will not reach the original target, even makes the cooperation between enterprise and logistics service provider go to end, and brings total failure to the logistics outsourcing. At the same time, because of different characteristics among products, needs for logistics outsourcing is of much difference, so is the outsourcing risk. Thus, enterprise must recognize the unique risk during the outsourcing and seek the accordingly control methods in order to prevent outsourcing risk.This thesis chooses product characteristics as the research penetration point, discusses the product characteristics of time-based product, its need for logistics outsourcing, risks of outsourcing and risk control methods. Firstly, the thesis discusses the product characteristics of time-based product from the dimensions of basic attributes, market competition characteristics, customer characteristics, supply chain and logistics operational characteristics, then explains the needs for logistics outsourcing from the dimensions of quick response, variance, low stock, continuous quality improvement, life cycle support and integrated logistics target. Then, the thesis identifies the logistics outsourcing risks from the point of risk formation process and the results of risk, designs a risk control frame of time-based product. At last, according to the control frame, the thesis constructs control mechanism, risk pre-control system and cooperative game model to manage logistics outsourcing risk.更多还原
